I was not here when they did the service, but they came out and did the gutter cleaning. Scheduling was fine.

Had used provider previously in the past with great results. Tried multiple times this season to get them to restart and the new 'admin' they have is basically useless. Multiple calls to her to try to get on the schedule with no confirmation or return phone calls. Stupidly I limped along this summer without finding a new service. I figured I'd give them one last chance and after getting the admin on the phone, was promised that I would receive email and phone confirmations that I would be on the schedule and nothing ever came and the service was never performed. Agape, if you read this I'm sorry but you lost a good customer that sang your praises in the past and hopefully drove a new customer or two your way, but now I'll be sure to tell people of your unresponsive admin. That person is loosing you business in the area.

The service was done very well. They arrived on schedule, did their job and cleaned up after themselves. Price was as quoted.

I had pine needles mainly in the down spouts. He quickly blew them out with an industrial leaf blower. For the parts he had to pull out by hand: he dropped it down on the ground and as soon as he was done with that section, he picked it up and disposed of it. He ran into a hornet issue, but took care of it (spray) instead of just walking away. He stated that normally people get the gutters cleaned 3-4 times a year, but because we have mainly pine trees that 2-3 times would be fine.

It was great - there was one hiccup on scheduling, but after that it was fine.

It went great! They did a fantastic job and I would def. use them again! Their customer service was amazing, their follow up and response time was quick and efficient.

He called me right away after I bought the service. HE was super nice. Came and did the work within days. He was great.

We were surprised to know that it was only one person that came out but he did successfully clean all the gutters. It should have been 2 people with our high gutters, but he did a good job. However at one point the technician pulled the gutters away from the house and it will now need repaired.

The experience was quite good and they did not charge us more than $85. It was a very positive experience. They were very polite and they finished the job without a need for interruption or stuff like that.

He had to keep rescheduling at first, due to weather. I was not ever informed when the work was completed. But they did do a good job.

Mike & Kenneth are super nice guys. The first day that they showed up to complete the work, my wife was having an episode after a medical procedure and had called an ambulance. While Mike and Kenneth were on the phone with me to determine whether to reschedule, the ambulance went to the wrong house across the road. They ran across the road and got the ambulance over to help my wife. We rescheduled and Kenneth came out and did a fantastic job. It was very obvious by watching him that he took pride in doing a good job. I couldn't believe that he washed each window by hand. Kenneth and Mike are very polite and just nice people. I had them return later to power wash my sidewalk and driveway and they did a great job on that as well.

The Agape crew did an excellent job. I also requested a quote for cleaning windows but have not heard back from the provider.

They did weeding, applying pine straw and trimmed the shrubs. They did a good job.

My husband and I had used another provider to clean our gutters for years. For the past couple of time though they didn't seem to get all the debris out of the gutters nor did they clean up very well. After searching Angie's List, I bought the gutter cleaning services through the coupon.. Within a day, I had an email in my "inbox" from the provider. I responded with the information he needed to schedule and within 1 week I had my gutters cleaned. They cleaned up all the debris around the house that fell with one exception. We have a covered porch area where we store our patio cushions, etc. and that area still had the gutter debris that had fallen. Not sure if they were just unable to blow it out due to having the cushions there. Because of all the pine trees surrounding our house, we need to have our gutters cleaned 2-3 times per year. I will definitely be calling Agape Home Services again in the fall.

He did a good job and was friendly and professional. The reason I gave B's was a delayed response to my email verifying time/date for the appointment. He did not show up for agreed upon date nor did he call/email to advise me. He did contact me later and apologized stating that he was sick on that Friday as well as his partner. That was understandable but I felt an email, text, phone call to advise me of the situation was needed so that I didn't stay at home all day waiting for him. However, I would use them again.

They were great. Everything went smoothly. They came when they said they said they were going to.

Excellent service all the way from the VERY PROMPT arrival of Kenneth Ellis . He went to work immediately cleaning the gutters.. then blew the trash and started on the windows. They have never been sooo clean and we were more than pleased with his speed and professionalism. We will DEFINITELY use Kenneth again and hope Agape continues to provide his services. It is a most valuable help to folks like us <older seniors>
