It took two weeks them to come my house after purchasing, and its been 3 weeks since then and I am still waiting for my landscaping plan. It is too late now we are in another season. I guess that is wahat happens if you pay then in fornt via angies list.

I would HIGHLY recommend Agape! We had an outstanding experience with their team, the services provided and the cost. The quotes we received were reasonable and comparable. Whenever I had questions the staff at Agape was very responsive and provided appropriate details to ensure my question was fully answered. After the cleaning, our driveway & front walk in particular were cleaner than we had expected or ever seen. I am most impressed with the deck staining / painting. When they started our deck had newer boards that were natural and older boards that were painted a couple of years ago by another company. I wanted a single color on all boards. The Agape team did research to ensure they provided me with the best recommendation based on our situation. I picked out a single color and purchased stain and paint from Sherwin Williams. Today we have a beautiful deck that is a single color, and you cannot tell two different products (stain & paint) were used. I HIGHLY recommend the Agape hand painting service for decks. Two years ago a painting company sprayed our deck. They made a mess! Plus the sprayed layer was so thin it did not cover sufficiently and it started fading within a couple of months. I love our deck now!!!

We have been extremely pleased with their service. Brent is a fine young man with a very professional demeanor. Pleasure working with them. By the way, they do both our home and our professional office.

They made a patio and placed a compost in the backyard.

Work was done well. I did need have some issues with some of the work and they came back and took care of it quickly. Where things went wrong: 1. they do not know plant material and therefore anything beyond simple plant care is not in their field of expertise, 2. they did not return my calls - this back in the spring and I was looking for some general clean up, 3. they quoted on work and were incredibly expensive for mulching and some hardscape work, and 4. (and this is the most upsetting) I referred them to a friend who has a large property and needed some clean up and she was dissatisfied with their work.

The representative was very courteous and professional. While he didn't arrive precisely on time, neither was he late enough to have caused inconvenience. The job was completed quickly at the agreed upon price. While he was at it he blew all debris from our drive despite very little of it being a result of the work. In short, we were entirely satisfied and will use this provider again.

Communication for scheduling was very poor, I sent a coupe of emails that were not returned. I finally got it scheduled two weeks out. This was during a time when we were having frequent summer storms and my gutters were completely clogged and overflowing. If I had known up front it was going to be so far out I would have gone with a different provider. It rained on the originally scheduled day of course so they pushed it back another week. It did finally get done and there was debris left around the yard. I was gone so I am not sure what they used to clean them but I am used to having all the debris bagged up and removed or at least put in my trash can. I had to go around my yard and clean it up myself.

It was a Big Deal purchase. I think it was fine. I didn't climb up on the roof and look at the gutters. They were on time and I had no complaints. They may have come while I was at work and we just didn't have any interaction.

Very pleasant experience. Will and Brent were great to work with. We got our design in a few days from our meeting. I am very pleased with the design.

That service turned out okay. This was on a 2 story home. After they left, there were a lot of spots on our windows. They were here when they said they would be here. I was not here when they actually did the service. The guy was really good at responding. They did a okay job with pressure washing our house too. We added that to the job and it was total of about $300.00.

Two men arrived on time and worked very hard for four hours cleaning my yard. They filled at least 12 large bags of yard debris. They trimmed hedges and bushes,picked up pine cones. We had a walk through before and after they were completed. I was very pleased with this company.

Brent is extremely professional and has a solid work ethic. He was always on time and this extends to his crew as well. The patio exceeded our expectations, it is stunning! Shortly after it was installed we had a lot of rain, it drained off perfectly. Brent also installed landscape lighting in our backyard, which has totally changed the look of the yard at night, before it was totally black, now we see our beautiful trees at night. We now sit out back almost every day & night and enjoy our outdoor living space, something we had not done in the past. They also installed sod and even placed pieces of sod over areas they had walked on a lot. Perfect match and it has grown in well. I strongly recommend Agape, you will not be disappointed.

This was to handle an estate that was in severe disrepair. We're talking jungle front yard and a mess of a backyard. David Hamm met with me and discussed options. Our goals were to make the yard look good for selling the home and they certainly did that. 20+ Bushes trimmed, about 6 cubic yards of mulch put out, trees trimmed to open up the yard, grass mowed, paths cleaned up and sprayed... it was a lot of work. There was a bit of a misunderstanding on my end about work and not understanding costs associated with a lot of the work I butted heads. After doing multiple other quotes Agape really came in at a reasonable price for the work they were doing and they did a really nice job. During the work some things came up from our realtor and David was able to add them on without much trouble (it literally doubled the work). Agape was easy to work with, competitively priced, and did a solid job on a nightmare yard.

Excellent Results. They did a great job. I had family that was going to arrive shortly and I wanted the house to look beautiful so I hired them to do various lawncare tasks all over the property. They showed up the day before my family arrived and made my property look better than its looked in years. They did such a good job. I am so happy. I even asked them for some additional tasks while they were there and they did them no problem. On a different note, I do dog and cat rescue and a few weeks ago I had a distemper outbreak and lost 4 kittens. I was soooooo upset. Just as the Vet was leaving my property Agape Lawncare pulled up. I asked them if they would do me the favor of burying these animals in my yard (as I was so exhausted and emotionally drained from crying and being up all night). They were completely sympathetic with my situation and offered to bury them at no expense! This is certainly not part of what landscapers do, but I was so touched that they understand my miserable situation and wanted to be of help. I did ultimately give them $30 because I was so greatful for their assistance. It only shows you what kind of heart these people have. I have used this company for my lawncare needs for the last 3 months and they have done a great job. I will continue to use them. God Bless them.

I contacted Agape after receiving discount information through my place of employment. Brent came to my house to assess the work needed & I agreed to hire after he pitched a weekly lawn care service which included hand weeding of garden beds. There were some issues right from the beginning with the use of toxic weed killers and some of my shrubs were damaged. Brent was quick to respond and assured me the weed killers would not be used in the future. He had specifically told me during the initial consult that his team would hand weed in my garden beds and rarely did this happen. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and continued to keep his team for the first year. Each time there was an issue that first year he responded quickly but many times there were excuses that it was hard to find good people and he had to change teams often so they did not always know how the work was to be done each week at my yard. In my view, a good manager would have each client's work outlined for a team so it would not matter if a team member changed. I continued to use the service for a second year and I watched my lawn decline significantly with huge areas totally cleared down bare soil. At one point I questioned why large areas went from grass to dirt and he could not explain. I also asked one time about over seeding and he told me someone had done it yet I did not see one seed anywhere on the areas that had no vegetation. I prepped and seeded several areas that had been destroyed by Agape and I tended to the seedlings daily until there was new grass growing in several areas. Shortly after the new grass took hold I came home one day, after Agape had been to my home for their weekly "lawn service", and I noticed that the new areas of growth had been sheared to the dirt. It was infuriating. Brent reimbursed me on several occasions for shrubs that his team either damaged or ruined because they did not know how to trim. I had to send him photos and explicit instructions of how to trim shrubs and over time I wound up not having his team do much trimming because they hacked things very badly. One of his senior workers spoke to me one day and said "your lawn looked much better before we started taking care of it" - not what you want to hear from a service you are spending several hundred dollars a month on. I also had to pull most of the weeds in my garden beds myself and sometimes they had grown almost a foot wide so it was obvious his team was not weeding the beds on a regular basis. On several occasions I was home when the team arrived and I actually saw one guy walk up my driveway with the edger in his hand and it never touched the grass. Within a few days afterward I was out trimming my own lawn. If I had not asked about shrub trimming during the year I don't think it would have gotten done, even though is was part of my contract. Beside the damaged shrubs there were also other items in my yard that were damaged and instead of letting me know the team just left the damaged items in my yard and in one case I found something thrown in the woods. Although I appreciate that managing a lawn service is not an easy job I do feel that over time Brent probably took on more work than his team could handle and the service level went downhill quickly, response times for issues became longer and longer and in some instances e-mail responses were quite unprofessional. I recommended this company to a friend of mine, who has a very small yard, and I hear complaints from her too. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had high hopes from the first consult and how Brent presented his company but was very disappointed in the end. I did not appreciate being told I had "high expectations" by someone I was paying to do a job that they told me specifically they would do. My expectations were to do the job and do it well. I don' think that is too much to expect! I am now back to taking care of my own yard and with the use of Scotts Lawn products my lawn now has less weeds and is looking healthy again.

They were very late and they didn't call. They were supposed to wipe the sills but after they left, I noticed they had not. The person who did the work apologized for being late and he was very nice and professional. The windows were spotless when he left. The gutters didn't really have anything in them in the first place. Overall, they did a good job.

Technician arrived on time. Took pictures and completed an overview of my landscaping area.. Discussed with me my wishes for curl appeal and will return with a design in a few days:

This was great! They had excellent service. They did both gutter and window cleaning. They were good about clean up after they were done. There were some extra charges because I had extra windows.
