Property was evaluated and design sent by email. Still waiting on the actual project plan.

They did a great job! Scheduling was a challenge, as we needed the job done by a certain date for a real estate closing, and the weather was not cooperating. They kept us up to date with regular emails and made sure the job was done by closing. The extra effort was much appreciated! I will definitely use them again.

Went OK. I'm still waiting for the report which I was told would be sent to me in mid-January (which is about 3weeks away).

The technician did a great job in cleaning up around the house after blowing the leaves from the roof. I was originally scheduled for a day earlier. It would have been nice if this schedule had been met as the city picked up our leaves on that day.

I was provided an excellent landscaping design based the provider's visit to my home. It included drawings and a list of plants. In a followup visit, I was advised of alternative approaches and a detailed costing of all the work discussed. The provider responded quickly when I had followup questions. I plan to have work done in stages.

I just pay an annual fee. I’m not sure what my bill is on that but I pay a monthly fee for them. They are very professional and reliable. They are consistent with their work and on the days they are coming usually. 7.41 to 7.43. They don’t change it most often and it’s usually always on the same day.

The end result was good. They did communicate well but I'm guessing too many people bought the big deal as it took about two months before they get to my house. We was hoping to get the gutters cleaned within the first month we was there that after several emails between us and them they was overwhelmed. There was some weather issues that put them behind and they said they would get to us as soon as they could and they do apologize. When they did come I don't think we was even there because we're out of town that day. They did a good job. I would use them again to clean the gutters. But if I had a time line depending on the project and need to trust I might have a difficult time then.

The Agape team was great to work with. Brent helped us come up with an attractive and cost effective way to achieve what we wanted. His stone and gravel recommendations were right on target. His crew was efficient and skilled. The project looks great. Customers comment on it frequently. I'd use Agape again. Good work for a fair price.

The work was fine. They were on time and polite. I would recommend them to others as well as use them again if I needed to.

We are very pleased with the design, working relationship and quality of Brent , his crew and their finished work. Brent was extremely cooperative in redoing the initial design and modifying his original plan to meet our budget. We had three firms present proposals. The Agape bid was mid-level, but the plan and Brent's willingness to work with us sold us on him. The project was completed in short order after agreement to start.

They did a poor job. They speed through it and I wasn’t happy with the service.

I really do not want to rate this company as I have no idea how they did but Angie's list will not listen to me and is driving me crazy until I do a review. They were very nice to talk with but we had many delays due to weather and we had to clean some ourselves even though my husband was recovering from shoulder surgery, the reason we bought the deal. They cleaned them when we were out of the country for 14 days so we do not know what kind of job they did, as stuff got in the gutters again.

service provider was late in providing the requested landscape design after meeting with the. There was not much info to go with the design. was it too scale? No info on recommended plants. Had to look up all the plants for characteristics.

There were a few issues with communication. The original schedule date came and went without word from them. It rained on the date they were supposed to come out, so I assumed they would not be cleaning the gutters in the rain. However, I expected a call to reschedule my appointment and that did not happen. I had to reach out to them to reschedule the appointment. Once the service was completed, I was happy with the results and the gentleman cleaned up after himself which I was thankful for.

They showed up on time and did a great job cleaning my very clogged gutters. They also took the time to clean up all around the house and remove the pine straw, etc. that was blown from the roof. Past gutter cleaners just left all the remains in my garden beds.

The team was very responsive and the service was great - our yard looks amazing! Well worth every penny.

I bought this service as a coupon deal. Received incredible service when I called to schedule... they were so accommodating to my need for quick service and fit me into their schedule the next day. The technician arrived while I was not home and went straight to work. Didn't even mind the dogs, which I usually keep inside while folks are working outside. My dryer works now and I am one happy camper.

Provider didn't honor requested days of service. Said that they would show up and that no one needed to be home and they would leave a door hanger with what was done. No such hanger was found. Provider claimed job was done and hasn't responded any further.

They were a little slow at getting back to me after I purchased the $95 coupon for gutter cleaning. They said that this was due to a change in personnel. I received a confirmation call the day before service was scheduled. On the day they were to do the job, I received a call that a worker had a medical emergency. They initially hoped they would still be able to come later that day, but finally decided they couldn't make it and we rescheduled for the next day. He stayed in touch with me regularly throughout. He showed up on time, was very efficient, answered my questions, and was very courteous. The window cleaning was an extra charge beyond the coupon that I paid for through Angie's List.

He sent us a refund check immediately when he figured out he couldn't get it done. I have no problems with how it worked out.

I have been trying to set up an appointment with Agape to spray, mow, top dress (soil), aerate, and seed our law since August. It is now mid-October and nothing has been done, except for a weed control spray (which was done very poorly), and it is now too late to seed. I have been very patient with Agape until yesterday, when I finally complained when I discovered that the work was delayed yet another week. The owner of Agape (a 20 something year old boy) offered to come to look at the poor spraying job and to discuss our concerns. He initially said he would come by between 5-6pm and so my husband left work early to be here. As usual, the owner kept delaying and showed up at 6:50pm when it was almost dark and difficult to see the law! He then proceeded to argue with us about the quality of the work performed and stated (and I quote), "WE ARE A MULTIMILLION DOLLAR COMPANY, WE DON'T BEG FOR WORK. WE HAVE ANOTHER 100 HOUSES TO DO, DO YOU WANT THE WORK DONE OR NOT?" I was in shock and after him repeating this a couple of times, decided that I do not want to do business with this company because it DOES NOT VALUE it's CUSTOMERS, and offers VERY POOR QUALITY work at premium prices. Also, when I asked for a discount, I was told that they are very busy and cannot offer me a discount. This just further proved to me that the company (the owner in particular) does NOT care about his clients, and clearly needs an education in business management. During our initial consultation, the guy said that it was very important to spray all of the weeds before putting down seeds. However, after they sprayed only about 35% of all of our weeds were dead and the owner kept giving us INACCURATE INFORMATION about landscaping to suit his argument! We did our research prior to having this work done, and the owner of Agape was NOT accurate in the information he was proving (i.e., how long to water after seeing, spraying, etc.). Because of Agape's cocky and terrible owner, our lawn will not be done this year, seems to be the trend since other Agape customers who reviewed him seem to complain about the same thing! You are better off finding someone else!

On time. Thorough, patched tear in part of the housing. Very nice young man did the service.

Always well done. Responsive to special requests.

One downspout was clogged, causing gutter to over flow. This was fixed in ten minutes.
