They were fine. The provided the service around the time that I purchased the big deal. They did not charge more than the big deal price which was $95. There was nothing in particular that stood out about them.

Everything turned out nicely, and it was a great experience. They showed on time, did excellent work, and completed the job in a timely manner which I appreciated. They even got rid of some old gutters, trimmed a bush, and did some additional work at no extra charge.

I purchased a design special through Angie's List from Agape and decided to have them implement it. I am very happy with the outcome. The team that did the work was very friendly and responsive to my questions. They were good about asking questions instead of implementing something that would have to be reworked. The communication from the company was very good. I appreciated the fact the designer, Will, came to the house and laid out the plants prior to the planting. The design had changed and he made sure the planting was balanced. I have already recommended Agape to a co-worker.

We've been using them for quite some time now, and everything is going well. They have a wonderful person in the office who returns our calls promptly, their technicians have gone above and beyond in some respects, and they do a great job. In fact, our lawn has never looked better.

Dropped services after 8 months - inconsistent, unreliable, unresponsive to request to improve, expensive small lawn, moderate bed size, paid extra for bed clearing and full yard mulching at start of contrat, $240/month year 'roun for care of warm season grass (5 months of no growth) including blowing lots of leaves. Dog kept in rear yard requires that I be home to put dog indoors when their team is working here and they must use key to unlock rear yard gates First few months good service, then a different team "supervisor" each week, showing up unannounced different days eachweek, two lost sets of yard keys, team showing up without keys and not even know they needed them. I asked Brent Droghe, top man at Agape, to re-establish a stable weekly schedule, with the same geam lead/supervisor present each week so I did not have to constantly repeat basic information about the yard and care instructions weekly, and either replace the missing yard gate locks and keys or return the two missing keys. Droghe never called or emailed confirming he heard my request, but would not comply with request for changes. Today a different team showed up, on a different day, without yard keys, I sent them away.

My experience has been quite good. The customer service has been excellent. They have good communication and they are prompt. They do the job quickly and everything was exactly as promised. They clean up well after themselves.

The provider came out on time and produced the plans as expected. They were professional and courteous. It was easy to get a hold of them and schedule an appointment. If I had to leave a message they would get right back to me.

They were very nice and incredible. They were on time and did a great job. I will use Agape Home Services next summer again.

Wonderful! I can't say enough good things about Brent Droege and his full team at Agape Lawn Company. In addition to landscaping design, installation and maintenance, they also maintain my property year-round.

It was fine. We would probably use them again. Some of my neighbors told me that they got a better deal than that. But there was nothing wrong with this provider. They came out and I was aware that they were here doing it. They did a good job. They told me when they were done and left. It was all smooth. They didn’t charge me anything extra.

David came out and emailed me a comprehensive quote for a variety of services so I could pick and choose what I wanted. He was friendly, punctual, and understood what I needed. I had dealt with a variety of people before for lawn care and I was tired of getting haphazard service so I decided to go with the full maintenance plan with a 12 month commitment. It really gives me peace of mind to know that for $245 per month that everything is being taken care of properly. They are my largest monthly expense but I've decided that the peace of mind is worth it for me. First, they had to get my lawn into maintainable condition and this required $195. Totally got my money's worth on that because Juan's team was amazing. I was almost thinking I should put the house up for sale after they finished because I had never seen the lawn looking that great. They did A LOT of work that day and hauled away a TON of debris. I had no idea it could look that great. I paid a similar amount to someone else and they half-assed it so I was very happy about the future with Agape. For the weekly visits, it's not Juan's team and they usually work in teams of 2-3 and spend about 30 minutes weekly which doesn't seem like much but they are efficient. There are some inconsistencies, however. During the quote I was told they wouldn't use a ride mower because it can damage the lawn however I've seen them use it before. Not a big deal since the lawn still looks great in my opinion. I was also told they would weed every visit but I have seen some weeds when I go outside after they leave to check their work. They are small though and I do need to have the mulch replaced. These are minor complaints and overall I'm still very happy.

They showed up on time. Price was cheap. They're all A's.

I wasn't home at time of service, they called 15 min out to advise they would be coming and by the time I returned a few hours later, the job was complete.
