Agape Lawn Company and Greenway Irrigation

Agape did a great job. And it was a difficult job because it had not been done in a long time. They cleaned up afterward. We are pleased with their work. The only area that I rated fair was for responsiveness. They did not get back to schedule the service as soon as Angie's List said they would. However we were not in a hurry and based on the work they did, I would use them again.

They did a very good job in a very efficient way. We have high, hard to reach windows and they managed these very well. The only other comment is that we were told they would arrive between 9 and 11 and they only came around 1, without letting us know. Nonetheless I would use them again.

They said they would arrive in the morning, but they actually came after lunch so I was unable to be home when they came. As far as I can tell they did a great job.

The job was performed perfectly. The landscapers worked extremely hard stripping the overgrowth and tilling the property. The sod was excellent quality and looks fantastic. The only complaint we had was the communication. It was very hard to get in touch with the company to get on their calendar. We were patient as we knew this was at the height of landscaping season. Overall, the finished product is exactly what wanted for a great price.

They came while we were out, but I know the gutter is clean, since just like when I do it, a little litter ended up on the flagstones. I am getting old to go on a ladder, so I appreciated having Agape do it.

Agape window cleaning did a great job on my windows. Three people, Hector, Jose and Fred arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They cleaned the inside, & outside windows and cleaned the screens and sills. I was impressed with the lead person Hector, who has been cleaning windows for 16 years. The inside person took off his shoes and moved everything back in place when he was finished. My Angie's List purchase was for 20 windows so I paid them an additional 48.00 for the extra windows. Glad my first purchase on Angie's List turned out to be a hassle free purchase.

After having numerous issues with scheduling and other delays, I am highly unsatisfied with the final product provided by this company. It took nearly twice as long as the normal estimation to actually produce the sub par design. It lacks what I currently have for my landscaping in addition to the significant changes that I had discussed with the company. Overall, I am highly dissatisfied with the work this company provided.

They were punctual, fast and thorough. They cleaned the roof and then clean the debris around the house. It took them less than an hour.

In the past, we had decent experiences with Agape for smaller jobs (e.g., gutter cleaning twice, minor shrub trimming another time). We then decided to hire Agape for this bigger job and it was a big mistake. We found that Agape lacks basic professionalism. They had to reschedule this job three times. We understand that rescheduling sometimes needs to happen, but they handled the situation so poorly. For example, they guaranteed us that they were "100% sure" that they could complete the job by Friday, and then that day came and went and Agape just didn't show up. They didn't bother to call or email us to let us know. Instead, we ended up coming home at the end of the day and seeing, much to our surprise, that no services were performed. When we complained that nobody bothered to show up, the response that we received from Agape didn't contain any sort of apology. All we received was a terse email saying that we got rescheduled -- yet again, three times in total! These were not weather-related delays. They were delays were caused simply by poor service. To make things worse, when Agape finally came, they completed the job incorrectly. We had explicitly told them not to apply mulch to a certain part of our lawn. The representative from Agape asked us if we wanted to mulch that area and we explicitly said "no" because it would ruin the symmetry in our front yard. Instead we wanted to keep the area in question as a patch of grass. Lo and behold, Agape goes ahead and mulches that area and charges us for it! By this time, we are too tired to bother arguing for a refund. We are moving on to a different lawn care company that our neighbor uses. Overall, this experience demonstrated Agape's extremely poor customer service.

The guys were nice and got the windows done pretty quickly. A week later, my husband noticed that they missed 2 upper windows, so I wrote the company through my Angie's List and I never heard back from them to schedule their company to clean the 2 they missed. I will not be using them again.
