Agape Lawn Company and Greenway Irrigation

What a mess this team had to contend with- although Agape has kept my lawn neatly mowed, edged, fertilized, blown, seeded, and weed-controlled over the past few years, I'd deeply neglected the "decorative" areas of my yard. Towering weeds, overgrown bushes, hanging limbs that rendered my front walk useless, and a variety of other vegetal nightmares were making me feel both guilty and embarrassed. I wrestled with the cost of having the work done, but am 150% glad I bit the bullet. The yard looks AMAZING. As usual, I worked with the ever-courteous Brent for the estimate and work scheduling, and Mario and his crew of two arrived exactly on schedule (in fact, a few minutes early) and ready to go. During our yard "walkabout", Mario listened very carefully to my wishes and interests, and followed my instructions to a T. He also supplied some valuable feedback and helpful suggestions. The results were nothing short of miraculous. I feel like I have a pleasant outdoor living space again, not a guilt-producing eyesore. Their work truly exceeded my expectations, and it was clear how much pride Mario and his team took in their work and in their company.

It was okay. They were quite busy so I didn't get the design for quite some time. When I got it, I wasn't impressed.

Agape was great to work with. Hillary replied to my request for an estimate quickly, and was able to get someone out the next day. Hector came to do the work and did an outstanding job. He showed a great attention to detail and my house now looks like new. I would most certainly use Agape again.

I called the day of the service to confirm that they would be there at 1 PM. Left a VM. I PM came and at 1:30 I called them again and left a voice mail. Finally I called the owner and left a VM. He called back and after some investigation told me that there was another person with my name in the data base and whomever had printed out the work order had sent the window washers to the wrong place!! He did assure me they would be there by 3PM. Hector and Hector arrived around 3:15 but called at 3 to tell me they were on the way. They did an excellent job and were very professional. So I was pleased at the end of the day and would recommend them again.

I purchased a Professional Landscape Design and Consultation "deal" through Angie's List on March 9th. Agape responded immediately and we scheduled the consultation for March 17th. The consultant arrived on-time. We were interested focusing our efforts to improve curb-side appeal. The designer listened to our ideas, took notes, and made some measurements. It took less than an hour. He said the design would be ready in 30 days, which seemed like a long time to wait for a design. On March 21st I sent the designer some pictures and additional ideas, he responded and said it was a big help. A month came and went, on March 22nd I emailed the designer for the status. He said he would have it for me on the 27th - now over six weeks since the consultation. I received an quote and a one page black and white design of the layout of the yard with little pictures along with the name of the plants and the number of them needed. I had to go look up what the plants looked like to try and envision the overall design. He addressed most of the areas we wanted for planting but missed a few key spots. Though nice and responsive I was really unhappy with the final results and disappointed in how long it took to get it.

I was very pleased. They were able to come soon after I contacted them, and they did a very thorough job. Will definitely use them again.

Courteous staff, and professional.

After some scheduling issues, we're now trying them for a month of full-maintenance lawn service. I'm hopeful that once we get going, things will go smoothly.

Hector and his wife arrived promptly. They were very friendly and courteous. Took great care in moving items out of their way of the windows, and put them back when done. They washed the window sills, the inside windows, outside windows and the screens. We would use Agape Home Services again.

The company did a good job of recommending landscape designs and fixes to our problems. We had other unexpected expenses arise, so we did not use its services.

It was okay. Will I do it again? Probably not because I don't think that it was the best job. I feel that way because of the quality of the work. My interaction with them was fine, it was minimal. My windows were cleaner, were they bright and sparkly? No. Do they have lined through them still and streaks? Yes. Their price is probably fine. It wasn't what I have expected.

Everything went very well from scheduling, arriving as promised and getting to work immediately. They were fast but thorough. I have no complaints; only compliments.

Everything went extremely well, from the initial contact to the completion of the job. There was excellent communication with both the office person (Michelle, I believe) and the onsite lead person (Nestor?). Our windows are sparkling, and I was treated quite professionally. What more can I ask!

Great job friendly and even blew driveway

Great!! They did an excellent job. I couldn't be more happy with their customer service and the results. The workers were really nice and professional. I highly recommend this company.

An appointment was scheduled, however, they did not show up and did not answer phone or respond to messages left.

Our dryer stopped heating for the second time in two weeks and the repair service said we needed our dryer vent cleaned before they came out the second time. I called Agape to see how quickly they could come out and Angela was so helpful to accommodate me. They were able to come out first thing the next morning. The individuals who came out were very professional and polite and walked me through what they were doing and showed me the results of the cleaning.

They showed up much later than expected but were professional and did a very good job.

The person who visited my home has taken the time of 2 weeks after his first ever visit and capture of some pictures along with some notes. Even after a month since he visited, so far no news or deliverables given to me. My expectation is that the landscaping person will send me the suggestions and the next steps on my lawn. Unfortunately nothng came in.

Nestor did the inside and really went the extra mile to move a couple of pieces of furniture and show me how to remove screens, which I couldn't do by myself, so he did them. The windows absolutely sparkle they're so clean! I will definitely call Agape again!

Communication from the get go was incredible. Agape had the best price of other companies. The workers showed up in a timely manner and worked diligently until the job was finished. Before leaving, I was invited out to check out the work to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this company! Angela and her team are on the ball. Excellent customer service, competitive pricing, highly satisfied with completed job.

Did a fine job cleaning out the gutters. Unfortunately left all the leaf debris in my yard, which left me to clean it up.

The crew arrived within the time stated and were very efficient and professional. Anything that had to be moved in order to get to the windows was put back by the crew. I will definitely use their services again.
