Everything was amazing - the plan they developed to make the yard beautiful was the best - TOTALLY happy. So pleased I hired them to complete the work.

Agape did a great job cleaning our gutters -- they were way overdue for cleaning. Would highly recommend them and use them again.

I wasn't really happy with it at all. That has nothing to do with Angie's List, that was the provider. They just took forever and it was not to my plans. It took 8 weeks to get the dam# design. He said it was going to be four to six weeks but it took forever and I had to follow up with him a couple of times. It was so late by then, I didn't like the design anyway. They were nice they just didn't do a good job. There were no additional costs. It was a waste of time and money. The price was great and that was attracted me to the deal. To wait that long for a landscape design is like come on, let's go a week or two weeks maybe.

He is on time and very nice. But I am not satisfied with his service and design.

Provider arrived when they said they would. They worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning the gutters and removing what was cleaned from the property.

Since he didn't show up for two appointments I cancelled the deal.

Agape has contacted us to resolve the outstanding issues. I plan to provide an honest update of results after completion of discussions with this business.

The appointment was scheduled and confirmed over a month in advance. The day of the appointment came and went with no one showing up and no one calling to give advance warning or to reschedule. When the consultant was an hour late, I called Agape. No one answered so I left a detailed message and asked that they return my call. I also sent them a message through Angie's List. No response. I messaged a second time two days later asking for a refund. No response. I cannot and will not recommend a company that will not show up or return calls or messages. I have one word for Agape, and it should be considered a dirty one: Unprofessional.

THEY SHOWED UP WERE GIVEN GUIDANCE AND STILL SEEMED TASKED TO BAG UP LEAVES THEY RAKED. THEIR TASKS WERE SO DISJOINTED, THEY LEFT THE BAGS ALL OVER THE PLACE AND HAD TO BE GATHERED TO ONE SPOT FOR REMOVAL BY US

They were awesome!!! Made my appointment over the phone for the next day. They did a wonderful job and very nice over the phone. Will definitely use them again!!

I was pleased initially with the promptness of the response I received from them when setting up scheduling for this service. Will arrived on the scheduled day and right on time and it was a pleasure speaking with him. He seemed bright and personable and I was optimistic about receiving a "professional landscape design" with suggestions on how to enhance my backyard. I was also interested in getting a price on hedge trimming which Will said he would forward. I expected it to be a couple of weeks before I received my "professional landscape design". Within a few days I received from Will my landscape design. There was absolutely nothing "Professional" about this - I (and everyone I showed it to) was absolutely shocked that this would have been submitted to me as a "Professional Landscape Design". I am well aware of what a "Professional Landscape Design" looks like as I had one done a few years ago (also for $99) and that was three pages long with plants and flower suggestions and many options for additional decorating. After I had "recovered" from the receipt of this "design" I emailed Will and the person I assume is the company owner detailing my disappointment in the professionalism of this. I outlined to them that it was obvious they weren't interested in traveling out to Clayton (Will never gave me a price for my hedge trimming) and basically just sent me this "plan" to "fulfill their obligation". I have not received any return email from either Will or the owner - hence this posting. I assume that since there are many good reviews out there on this company that they are capable of performing decent work. I would caution anyone who does not live near the Durham area and does not want to spend a fortune on yard work to think twice before paying $99 for a "Professional Landscape Design" that is anything but.

He arrived on time and did a great job. I was so thankful that he informed me that I had some wood damage and some missing shingles. If it hadn't been for Agape I never would have known about the additional work that need to be done. I would definitely use them again.

Went well. Wish I would've know that they work so fast. I would've gotten them to plant new bushes as well. They were in and out in about 2 hours. I paid for 4 hours of work. They did however haul away all the old debris which was not included in the deal.

Will was very polite, a good listener, professional and very knowledgeable about landscaping. Best of all, he made a plan in which we could do it all or pick what was more important based on our budget.

Our dryer vents were all clogged up after we recently moved into our home. Our dyer was not working properly as a result. the Agape team came and took care of the issue thoroughly. They were friendly and professional. We now have a working dryer and a safer home.

My interface with them was very positive, we just didn't proceed with the work.

The service provided exceeded my expectations. I was provided great information about ways to beautify my yard and improve grass and plant growth. The designer, Will, incorporated my vision and improved upon it. I was very pleased with his attention to detail and follow up. I was also quoted additional services that we talked about, and those quotes were reasonably priced. The only negative was that there was a scheduling error and the designer was 4 hours late, however, communication with the office was easy and they were extremely apologetic. Not the end of the world as the services provided were worth every dollar. I would use this company without hesitation.

The service window provide by Agape was 3:30-5:00pm. After 5 when no one showed up, I called them and got voice mail, then called Angie's List for a refund. At 6:40pm the technician showed up and I told him forget it. The next morning I received an email from Agape saying they'd received my voice mail and hoped I was happy with my service. I responded that because they showed up several hours late I requested a refund. Over the next few days I had several conversations with Angie's List regarding my refund because Agape told them my service had been completed,well after my email to them indicating the work had not been performed. I would NEVER use this company again,they have total disregard for their contract, and I question their honesty after my experience. Don't use them!

Gutters drain, no longer overflow.

They used blowers to get the leaves out of my covered gutter guarded gutters. I don't believe that works well when you try blowing air into the gutter through a quarter inch hole. They also missed some gutters and never called me back even though I left numerous messages.

The crew arrived at the scheduled time and did a wonderful job. In fact, their responsiveness and professionalism prompted me to obtain a quote for year round maintenance and lawn care. The price was right and Agape is now performing these services. I have been very pleased with thir service.

Representative was very courteous. We are not pursuing the plan at this time, but will in the future.

The crew came on time. They listened to what I wanted to accomplish and did everything to my satisfaction. I had not purchased enough material and one of the crew had to run to Home Depot and get the additional materials. They were a very polite crew and they completed on time. In a few hours, my back area looked better than it had in years. I was extremely pleased. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again. This was a fantastic deal for me.

We could not have had a better experience. They arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and cleaned up every speck of debris before they left. They even took photos to show us a spot they noticed on the roof that needs attention by a roofer. They have absolutely no financial stake in the outcome of any roof repairs, but as professionals they wanted to point out a potential problem unrelated to our gutters that we couldn't see from the ground. I am very impressed. I have already recommended them enthusiastically to friends and neighbors. We will definitely have them back when we need future services.
