But the refund process should be very straightforward and I am glad to provide backup documentation to them if you need. Two gentlemen came by to clean the dryer vent. They were on time and very polite. They did a very thorough job and showed me exactly what they did. Great to work with and will use them in the future.

We were not home while the gutters were being cleaned, but they seemed to do a good job.

We were amazed at the excellent job Agape did in cleaning our leaves. They even cleaned the front porch of leaves and the flower beds. Our yard has never looked this good for this time of year!

I was pleased with the service. They were very punctual and professional and easy to work with. I was very unavailable by phone so our transaction was mostly conducted via email and voice messaging, and all was done quickly and efficiently. Good service.

I had Agape clean my gutters. Three men came to do the work. I expected him at 11:30 a.m. on the appointment date but he came at 8:30 a.m. I introduced myself and told him that the rain spilled over the sides of the eaves troth in the back of my townhouse. It only took him and two helpers about fifteen minutes to do the job, however, I did not realize that they completed the whole job in such a short amount of time, but they left before I could speak to them.. So, I contacted the office to have them sent back to my home, as I did not realize that they already completed their task. They promptly came back to my home and explained their method of gutter cleaning to me. I was satisfied at the time, but water still spills over the sides of the back gutter. Thank you. Mary J. Perfect. On a two-story multi-level house the roof was cleaned off, the gutter guards opened, the gutters cleaned out and the gutter guards reattached. This is the first time in 30 years of gutter cleaning that a worker also blew and washed away debris that fell around the house and blew the lawn clean. Both the roof and the lawn look better than they did before the service. First class pros here.

THe young man arrived promptly and was very pleasant. I have a substantial, established yard with a large variety of nice plants. I was looking to solve some specific issues. He made a few suggestions and drew up a rough plan. I feel like he drew up the plan that I told him. There didn't seem to be a lot of depth on knowledge in dealing with a yard as complex as mine. In hindsight, maybe I should have been more assertive about getting advice from him

They arrived on time and were very professional. After moving the dryer to get behind it to do the vacuuming I asked them to wait so I could clean the floor. I was told they would take care of the cleaning of the floor under the dryer and they did! Nice touch;)

We used this company for gutter and dryer vent cleaning once before. Each time the service has been excellent, with fast response and service within two days.

Contractor laid a natural stone pathway in our backyard. They showed up on time and completed the job within a reasonable amount of time. The path was done in a manner that exceeded our expectations. The crew working the job was great. They provided us with a phased plan that was very well thought out.

Our yard has very limited landscaping, so we wanted a consultation to give us some ideas. We really like the design we received and were able to have price quotes separated into phases (our yard is .7 acres). Everyone we spoke with and worked with was very polite. The representative who visited our home was on time and took our ideas into consideration while also offering his own. We are still deciding where we want to start, so we have not contacted anyone about completing the work.

We purchased the $270 for 6 Hours of Landscaping special to plant a total of 8 trees. Other nurseries were charging about 60% of the cost of the trees to install, which was no bargain. I had my eye on Agape's Landscaping special and when I was able to see the extensive landscaping job the did for my neighbor, I did not hesitate to purchase their special on Angie's List. From the first phone call to the last handshake of thanks, Agape's Crew were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I spoke with Angela who set up the appointment and was able to fit our job into their schedule within a week. A confirmation email was sent along with a phone call the day before to confirm the job and my expectations. The crew of 2 arrived on time, reviewed the project with me, and went to work for the full amount of time. All my trees were planted in some pretty tough clay and rock terrain, so this was not an easy pick ax job. The tree placement looks great and the overall job was well done! I look forward to working with Agape Lawn Company again. Much thanks to Agape, it was a pleasure to work with them.

The first day scheduled was rained out so they worked a while then were rescheduled to finish up another day. They worked diligently and efficiently. I was surprised by how much they accomplished. However they trampled some plants and damaged a lawn ornament in the course of their activities. Otherwise I was quite pleased with their work.

Quick response to my request and got me on their calendar quickly. I wasn't home when they came but could tell gutters were cleared and no damage to shrubs or exterior mess. Will definitely use them regularly.
