Paid on Angie's list for the service ,selected the times services to be performed never heard from the provider. Was contacted by the Company appears was a mixup in communications. They will be doing the service next week, And I'll do a complete review today completed. The company finally clean my gutters, and did a very professional job, I'm please with the service and will use them again.

We were looking to have someone come to our property, to distinguish how many trees and what kind of trees we needed for a privacy screen. We are in Clayton, which according to Angie's List is within their service area. I spoke to the owner, very nice man who scheduled one of his guys to come the following week to access what was needed so we could move forward. The day of our appt. we received a call from the estimator telling us that Clayton was outside of their normal service area and he'd give us a price over the phone. $258 per tree, I believe this is a price for a full size tree. We found someone who could come out and priced $50 per tree, smaller due to the qty needed.

The crew came on time and immediately got to work digging out bed that had been mixed with dirt and rocks and moved it to another location for me. Removed all bushes in front bed, previous owner's had not kept trimmed and all were so overgrown that they needed to be removed and not just trimmed back. Trimmed all bushes out back and removed all vegetation around mailbox. The crew was very polite and quickly went to work to get the job done. I was very well pleased with the job they had done and will definitely use them again.

I originally signed up for an Angie's List offer from another provider--who simply failed to show after three scheduled times. So, after calling Angie's List, they recommended Agape as an alternative. Although the new "deal" was $10 more expensive that the original deal, I went ahead and signed up for it. Unfortunately, due to the Angie's List works, the provider was never notified that Angie's list had switched my deal to theirs, so there was a bit of a miscommunication. After a few back-and-forth convos, we worked out a time for Agape to come out. And this time, unlike the other provider, Agape promptly came out when they said they would, and were extremely professional, thorough, and took the time to check all of my downspouts and gutters to make sure everything was working as should (I had some concerns that two of my downspouts might have gotten clogged due to the extensive time between gutter cleanings). Overall, had zero problems with the actual service, and would gladly hire again.

Everything went very well. The price estimator, Kyle, was very responsive and helpful during the process. There was a small hiccup that he resolved very quickly. Everything looks great.

There were a couple of reschedules due to weather, but the communication was great and getting a new date set up was easy. The team arrived promptly as scheduled and asked where I wanted all the mulch placed. They listened carefully and proceeded to get started. They worked very efficiently and quickly to spread the mulch. When the work was completed they came to get me to check and make sure all was done to my satisfaction. They were very polite and went the extra mile by blowing the leaves off my back deck! I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anybody.

That was actually a disappointment. They came out and listened to what we had in mind and they gave us a plan that mystified mine. They did some quick sketches and by the time they sent us the plan it had all kinds of mistakes in it and it really wasn't usable. It was quite a disappointment. I think they were a lot more interested in having us buy a bunch of plans from them and they didn't really listen to what kind of plans we wanted and so on. Their sketches were unrealistic and weren't correct and it just wasn't very good. When you look at the phrase complete landscaping, plan and consulting it certainly wasn't what I had in mind. The price was obviously way too high.

Angela was very friendly and easy to reach to schedule the appointment. The gentlemen that completed the job arrived as promised, cleaned the gutters very thoroughly, and cleaned up after the job was done. Also advised on a couple of issues related to the gutters that I will be looking into thanks to their recommendations. Great experience all around!

Excellent job!! Very professional, courteous and punctual. I contacted Agape on two different occasions. Once to trim several Wax Myrtle trees around my yard. The other time to prune (major) Maple and Magnolia trees in my backyard. On both occasions, they were very efficient, and did a thorough job. Not a single negative thing to say about their service. Would call them again and also recommend their service without any hesitation.

We purchased the 8hr deal with company. We needed help with seasonal cleanup as our large yard was completely covered with leaves. The provider was quick to respond and easy to communicate. The crew did a great job picking leaves, debris, and placing the waste into bags. We opted out of hauling the waste, so they neatly arranged the bags near the driveway for disposal. Very professional and punctual. Will hire again.

No problems whatsoever. We discussed what was to be done, gave them my priorities since they were time-limited based on the package I bought. They exceeded my expectations. Would hire them again.

Used them for the second time and as usual they came in while we were not at home, but they performed the service as planned and cleaned up everything after they finished.

Purchased the $95 gutter cleaning deal on Angie's List and was contacted directly by Agape Home Services within 48 hours. The contact was by both email and phone. The gutter cleaning was scheduled about 10 days later, when their crew was going to be in my area of Cary. No problem with that at all on my end. On the scheduled date the crew arrived and promptly cleaned the gutters and did not leave a mess in the yard. I realize that it's gutter cleaning, and not rocket science, with that being said Agape impressed me in that they were responsive to my purchase and delivered their services as promised. I will most definitely use Agape again for gutter cleaning.

Quick estimate, and quick to schedule work. Work looks amazing! Our lawn looks very nice.
