Workmen showed up well on time and had the gutters cleared quickly. All debris cleared from decks and walks.

We had a slight scheduling issue in the beginning however it was worked out in the end. There were some issues with several of our gutters that they pointed out to us and even gave a referral to someone who could fix the issue.

I had Agape Lawn Company do a lot of plantings, they put down sod that almost died immediately and then they put down seed and they were suppose to come back and care for the grass from the seed but they never came back and I cancelled it. They did paving stones. They used something that goes between the stones and now I have holes in between the pavers and that's a problem. They did try but for all the money I am not happy. They charged me $99 for a consultation and they came and they did the consultation and then they wrote up the estimate for doing the work. Some of the work looks fine but some of the plants died and I called back and they did replant. I got into a contract with them.

Agape did the front yard first. The neighbors all complimented us on the new look within the first 2 days. The crew was prompt and worked hard the entire time they were here. The work also included trimming the existing overgrown bushes and removing dead bushes. The back yard was a large undertaking with new bedding areas created and plants moved. Installation of many plants surrounding the new screened porch and the new bedding area as well as a couple of trees. Several azaleas were transplanted to a new location which is a much improved area. The 3 men who worked on the back yard were polite, industrious and did a great job. We are looking forward to the maturing of the plants and enjoying our new landscape.

Great job! The crew showed up on time, checked in, and went to work. Good care was taken to protect nearby sensitive areas. The work was completed within the estimated time and with very high quality. The area was very dirty with a lot of uphill runoff but how looks great. The crew was professional, courteous and most importantly professional and capable. Will call again.

Agape did a super job, from the beginning estimate to the completed project. I knew exactly what I wanted, so there was virtually no design time involved. We had a delay due to weather (unavoidable) but they were able to get me on their schedule very quickly which was important to me--I wanted to get the new sod in early enough to catch the spring rains and before we had any sustained heat. The crew was punctual, polite, and extremely hardworking, and were very professional. Their supervisor came on site for progress checks periodically throughout the process. We encountered a significant issue once they dug up the grass to begin installation of the patio which called for additional, and unanticipated, labor. But they quickly came up with a creative solution which looked like it was part of the original plan. They also did a great job on cleaning up; you couldn't even tell they'd trucked out a whole lot of dirt and debris and took extra care to clean up the parking lot where they'd parked their vehicles. I'm very pleased with both what they did and how they did it, and I highly recommend them.

This was a $95 big deal purchase. They came and did the work when we weren't there. We did not have any interaction with them. What they could have done to getter better grades from me would have been probably a little better communication and to be a little cheaper. It was a little expensive for a gutter cleaning in my opinion, but...

It didn't go well. It's not a design service. I was disappointed, I was hoping that they would design my yard, so that it would be easier maintenance. It was $100 down the drain. They didn't design anything, they just sketched my yard as it is. I could've done that, it's not hard. I needed someone to come in and say, this bush needs to go. I was expecting more in the way of advice and assistance. I am disabled and I can't take care of my yard. I told the guy I needed the yard to be easier. He was nice, and kind. I don't think they should call it a design service. I didn't need an estimate to clean my yard. It was a high price. They wanted $2600. They came out right away and he was on time. They should have listened to what I wanted, and the sketch he did was awful. I could have taken a picture of my yard, I didn't need a sketch.

Scheduling was something of a challenge -- both because Agape was busy and due to bad weather. But, when they eventually did the work, it was great. They were quick, clean and professional.

Original schedule got canceled on the day of, but Agape let me know ahead of time that might happen. On the second scheduled date they came on time. The people that came were courteous and professional, they got it done within a reasonable amount of time and seem pretty thorough. They were also helpful in pointing out a damaged shingle that I wouldn't have known otherwise. Overall, I'm happy with the service and would use again.

Arrived exactly on time. Followed my To Do list and made suggestions for taking care of potential problems. The group worked steadily and efficiently.

The provider was prompt and efficient. Our vent was completely clogged and was more complicated to clear than they anticipated, but they tried a few different things until they were able to clean in completely. They were also very concerned with cleaning things up as best they could before leaving, which I really appreciated.

Saw the Angie List Deal for gutter cleaning and company rated very well. Plus given safety concerns, best to leave this type of work to a professional. While I would use this provider again in future for this service, two bits of feedback for improvement: 1/ Scheduling/Informing Homeowner On-Site. Some initial scheduling challenges due to inclement winter weather (no fault to provider), which scheduler was very prompt/professional in reaching out to re-schedule via email. Was informed I did not need to be home for service to be performed, but I preferred to be (e.g. to ask the service individuals any observations they had, validate work performed). Scheduler indicated an approximate time window and confirmed the workers would notify me when they arrived. It wasn't until I heard ladders setting up and guys on the roof did I realize they were here (I seriously doubt they would have knocked/rang bell to let me know when they arrived). 2/ Clean Up While gutter debris was cleaned up well from around the house, I was disappointed that it was all blown into our backyard (which leads into a small wooded buffer). Given the volume/discoloration of material cleaned from gutters, expected it to be taken away with the provider. After nearly two months, I can still discern the material as I look in the backyard. Again, for the price and time saved from DIY, would still use this provider in future with the hope of addressing above two items.

It was hard to get an appointment due to high demand and then for them to keep it due to winter weather not cooperating. But Angela the Office Manager kept in touch with updates. She also answered several emails I sent with questions before they came out regarding procedures they use during service. Once our day finally arrived the workers were very punctual which was refreshing. I was mostly happy with the work they did and the leader of the crew Hector was polite. They cleaned the gutters out by hand not with a blower which was imperative in my choosing their company. They also used ladders with arms so as not to damage gutters, roof, or siding which was also an imperative for us. They even blew off the roof of out nearby shed and the driveway without our asking. It took them 45 minutes for this 2-story house and it was a good job overall. Only 2 things I didn't like. One was that they threw the debris from the backyard gutters into the wooded area making a pile and leaving it and also onto a tarped area where we had window screens covered underneath for the season. I had to request that they at least spread it around and blow off the tarp but I would have preferred that they pack it out and not assume it's okay to leave it. The other thing was that after they cleaned out all the gutters, the lead used the blower to blow the downspouts from the bottom up! My thinking is that doing it that way would blow any leaves stuck in the spout to blow back into the gutters after they were already done. He said that would not happen but I have no way of knowing if it did since I'm not going up there on ladders to check. Perhaps what would be better is when the gutters are done then to blow from the top down instead.

These guys are amazing to me. They arrive on time, communication is excellent. The driveway was a hot mess and when I got home, it looked brand new. We also contracted with them for our lawn service, and it has never looked better. LOVE this company.

I placed the order on the 23rd, and at some point during the week magical gutter fairies arrived, did a great job and vanished. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. I only noticed it had happened when I happened to glance up and noticed no more pine needles. Magical gutter fairies.. highly recommended :-)

Performed services as promised. I was a little anxious about paying for hours of labor - worried they might loaf. But they got here and worked hard through the entire time, finishing most of what I could have ever hoped. Saved me a lot of work this year.

They maintained good communication about scheduling which was delayed several times due to weather and were willing to schedule at our convenience. The crew arrived on time (slightly ahead) but within reason considering I asked for an afternoon service call.
