Description of Work: The coupon was $99 for a Complete Landscape Design and Consultation! A rep from Agape did come out to my house and spent about a 45 minutes walking around and talking about ideas. It took a few weeks for him to send a very basic design, which wasn't that helpful/valuable. No pricing was included with the design. I followed up asking for that, but never received it.

Description of Work: Brent from Agape emailed to schedule the consultation a couple weeks after my purchase of the Big Deal. That was fine. The consultation went okay although not overly impressed with the ideas. Mostly I was given ideas and Brent was confirming. The design was supposed to be provided the week after but he went silent for about a month. Emailed him a few times asking for updates but with auto-reply saying he was out of country. Finally got first *DRAFT* design back early June and it was not good at all. Missed my concept for both front and backyard. It was thrown together quickly and the quality was poor. The design was drawn up by a third party. He forwarded me the email from the third party directly containing the drawings, even the third party themselves admitted in the email that the design did not turn out well. I emailed him requesting refund and he agreed and suggested me to contact Angie's List to process.

Description of Work: Brent came over for a landscape design consultation. He was pleasant & knowledgeable & came on time. Somehow our plan got lost in the shuffle however and we never received it. Emails to & from Brent seemed to go well, but we finally gave up several weeks after purchasing the deal. We totally missed any gardening window this Spring. We're sorry to give the service provider a low grade, but we feel we have to since the service was never provided.
