Description of Work: The young man was courteous and professional and performed all of the tasks as requested (clean windows and check gutters). I noticed that one of our windows is off its spring - just haven't fixed it yet.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from Agape Home Services. Gutter and window cleaning. They were nice enough. And communication wasn't awful until the last day. Originally job was scheduled about 2 weeks out from when I purchased the "Big Deal". I expected them at 1pm. At 3pm I called to see what was up. They said they would have to reschedule due to rain. It had just started to sprinkle. It was scheduled for the following Saturday morning another week and a half out. That Saturday morning it was raining and they didn't show up. Got a message from them they would have to reschedule. So I contacted them to reschedule and they couldn't do it until following week. Another 1+ week delay. Scheduled for Tuesday at 9am. At 845am that morning I got a call from them saying they were running late. They said they should be at house by 930. No one showed up so I called them about 1045 and they were surprised that their crew wasn't at my house. So they looked into it and called me back to apologize. Apparently they had someone quit that morning and they didn't know about it. They offered to reschedule. I said no thanks. Been down that road 3 times. I think they are under staffed. Whenever they have an influx of work, say from selling several "Big Deals" they struggle to keep up and fall behind. Then when it rains they have to reschedule the work. Which is a problem because their schedule is full. It was not a good experience. I give them a C only because their communication was OK, until the end when they didn't even know that their crew wasn't at my house. Service might have actually been OK. I'll never know.

Description of Work: Cleaned windows and screens. Swept off roof. Was disappointed that they didn't brush off window sills, which were very dirty. With rain, the windows just get dirty again. Were late arriving for appointment. I'm not sure if I would use them again, although price was good.

Description of Work: Pressure washed the exterior of my home, cleaned the gutters and exterior windows. They did a great job. Very responsive, professional and friendly throughout the experience. |The only thing that didn't work out was adding pressure washing for my small back deck because they charge for each spindle and my deck has a bunch of double spindles, so the additional cost wasn't worth it to me.

Description of Work: Cleaned all gutters. It took him a while to get to me, because of the response to your ad. But he kept in touch with me in the interim and did a good, quick job.

Description of Work: 99$ special whole house pressure wash and window cleaning. 75$ Dryer vent cleaning. 100$ driveway and walk cleaning. I have finally found a company that knows how to use a pressure washer correctly. They did a great job, low pressure on the house, high pressure on the driveway. I will use them again.

If something goes wrong they stand behind their work (previous job the first fix did not completely solve my issue -- one of my valves was leaking) and will resolve it without issue. Description of Work: The quality of the work done by Agape was excellent and met our expectations; however, their customer service is lacking. They showed up over 2.5 hours late, without advance notice, causing us to have to take additional time off work, which is inappropriate. Agape rep said that they would provide a partial refund for our trouble, which was never done.

Description of Work: I was happy with the work that was performed. Scheduling and punctuality though was a bit complex as initially I was scheduled in writing on Monday June 2nd. After a no show I contact the Michael and he advised that he mistakenly gave me the wrong date as he wrote me in their calendar for Friday June 6. On June 6 there was a no show again and when I checked with Michael he advised that the crew had a flat tire on the vehicle and would not make it. I understand things happened so we rescheduled for the next day on Saturday June 7. By 6:30 PM no one had shown up so I just assumed something happened again but had not heard one way or the other. | |I left the house to run out for some take out dinner for the family. At 7:15 PM I was texted by my family who was out on the back porch relaxing when leaves suddenly started falling on top of them from the roof. | |The crew arrived much later than I would have ever expected and thankfully I did not have any other guests that weekend or that would have been really embarrassing. I made it back home at the tail end of the gutter cleaning and introduced myself to the person performing the work. Nice fellow and you could tell he had a long day already. He finished cleaning out the dryer vent and did a nice job in cleaning up after himself. | |In the end we got the needed work done. I wasn't happy about the delays (especially since the reason I hired this service was because of another gutter cleaning service that did a no show on me) but for the most part Michael did communicate to me about the delays and that is what was most important to me.

Description of Work: This sevice provider was listed as one of the "specials" on Angie's list. Unfortunately I had to pay in advance. I will never do that again. The date of service was delayed for more than 3 weeks, first because of being "busy" then because of a light rain. |I impressed upon the provider that there was some urgency to complete the service as the house was being placed on the mnarket to sell. |2 weeks after the service was finally completed (for gutter cleaning), we were at the property during a rain fall and were very dismayed to see the rain water pouring from over the top of the gutters. Apparently the gutter cleaning did not include blowing out the downspouts which were completely clogged. We had to have the work redone.

Description of Work: It rained on the scheduled date (April 7th) to have my gutters cleaned. No one called to reschedule the appointment. I waited on April 8th for someone to call; did not hear from anyone. He just showed up on Wednesday (April 9th) without calling when I had another contractor on the property. I had to ask the contractor to stop what he was doing to let the representative from Agape clean the gutters on the left side of the roof. After the job was done he never apologize or anything. I look up at the gutters and they were visually filthy. I asked him if he would use the hose to wash down the gutters, he said they did not do that. He did not clean up the debris. Just got in his truck and left. To me, did not act in a professional manner at all. | | |
