Description of Work: They came out and discussed a landscape plan after we bought one of their advertised deals. It took about a month for us to get the drawn plan. We have since exchanged emails about setting up a date to come and give an estimate based on the plan, but have heard nothing since the end of September. If not for the delays, all else has been okay.

Description of Work: They cleaned my windows. I did have to remind the technician of some that he missed, but I am satisfied with the results once completed. There was a mx up with the appointment time. The person I originally spoke with gave me a 9:00 arrival time, but the confirmation I received the day of was 10-12pm. The technician showed up not long after 10, so it wasn't a major inconvenience.
