Description of Work: I contacted Agape to review my lawn and provide an estimate to fix some drainage issues. I thought the person who came out was certainly knowledgeable and I felt they were a solid contender for my business. But, I never received an estimate. Despite me reaching out to them a couple of times asking if they would provide an estimate, it never arrived and I have never heard from them. So, I guess I need to move forward with other lawn care providers.

Description of Work: When they came for the estimate, we had a nice plan and vision for the work to be done. They guys showed up to do the work and were not fully aware of the plan details. Luckily I was home and able to guide them, but I felt they should know exactly what was expected. So, some of the work was not up to par. When I let them know, they came back quickly to respond, but I felt the work was not as high quality as I would expect given the price.

Description of Work: Came out and met, then developed a landscape plan for our yard. It took a month after our meeting to get the plan, and I had to call back with inquiry and a reminder for some associated work that was not really happening.... With Spring Fever this was a little longer than we were hoping for, but it is likely busy season coming out of the recent ice/snow we've had and it is not unreasonable. They did a nice job with the plan, and have been quite responsive in interactions since then. We look forward to working with them going forward.
