WOW. wow. WOW. They did so much more than i thought could be done in that period of time. They were responsive for scheduling. Showed up when they said they would and far exceeded my expectations. Everything looks amazing.

We really liked working with greenway irrigation for a sprinkler system install. They were also very reasonable and handled the Raleigh permitting process. Our yard guy had recommended someone for a sprinkler system. They gave us an estimate of over $11,000 and we had to do all city permitting. We thought this too expensive and one look at the permit application overwhelmed us. We found the Greenway Irrigation web site, where they state they handle the permitting. They came out and gave us an immediate estimate of around $6,300, not including the Raleigh fees of about $1300. The fees does include the first year shutdown and the next year startup. We checked Angie's list and BBB and everything looked good. They also supplied us with a long list of references. We accepted their proposal and we set a date, based on when they thought the permit would be issued. There were a few issues around the permit. They dealt with all of them and kept us informed. On the appointed date, Tommy and his crew showed up to do the install. We were very concerned that our fiber cable would be broken, or some pvc drainage pipe would be broken. Tommy very patiently listened to us, and told us he would take care of it. Tommy always stopped to talk to us and keep us informed as to the progress. When he wasn't talking to us, he was working harder than we had ever seen anybody work. Whenever we would ask him about some feature we wanted, he would have already thought of it. He says he does an install like it is his own, and we believe that. The trenches dug were fairly narrow. The dirt over them was well packed. They seeded twice, but both times we had downpours afterwards, so it hasn't taken very well. This was a 9 zone system, including two drip zones. The sprinklers are Hunter, and appear to be top quality. They installed a device called "solar sync" to set the percent of water based on rain and heat. They gave us training and good documentation, including a list of where each zone is. The solar sync is the only part of the system we are not sure about. It works, turning off the system when it rains, and setting the percentage of the max that will be watered. We think it does not set the percentage high enough, but we are not sure. The plants look fine, and we have had a lot of rain this summer, so we are watching it carefully. In summary, working with Greenway Irrigation, and Tommy in particular, has been a real joy.

The techs cleaned the gutters out. They used a blower to clean up. They came later than scheduled but they called to let us know they were running late and we didn't have a problem with it.

Left VM, got a call back on same day. Unfortunately they are not interested in helping what could become a new customer. Very disappointed as I could not even explain he problem that I have.

Overall it went great. They were running a bit behind and showed up late. I did not know where the vent came out, so we all thought it was under the house. These guys went above and beyond and spent a lot of time trying to see where the vent came out under the house. Finally, I contacted the previous home owner and found out that the dryer actually vented out of the exterior wall. To be fair, it was a bit difficult to see from the ground because the deck roof hid it. The end result was a job well done - these guys really care about their work.

Just thought other home owners may want to know about this experience with Agape. I was looking to get some rotor and spray heads replaced. Brent (owner) told me over the phone that it would cost $18/rotor and $15-16/spray plus labor. When his technician came over and checked the irrigation system, the technician quoted $30/head plus labor. After I pointed out that's not the price that Brent quoted me, the technician says only Brent controls the price and Brent would email me a quote later. The email came a few days later, quoting $20/head. When I called Brent again about the (now smaller) discrepancy, he said the technician knows about the pricing better than him (Really?), and whatever price in the email is final. Told me to take it as is or else. The $2~3 difference per head is not material, but I can't work with a company who first attempted to jack up prices on site, couldn't tell a consistent story, and refused to take responsibility for their words.

Both services excellent. Vary professional with notifications, billing, etc. I will be using them again to do work as needed.

The serviceman came out, was friendly, installed my back flow preventer, and diagnosed a problem with one of my valves. He explained that to replace the valve, it would cost $20, plus labor. When asked what labor would cost, he said about $20-$30--that it should take him 20 minutes or so. He successfully repaired my sprinkler system and wrapped up the job, explaining that I would receive an invoice. The work he did was great, but when I received the invoice it was for just over $100, with the valve costing $50 and the labor charge for 40 minutes. While I am not dissatisfied with the service, I am unhappy with the lack of communication. I paid the invoice and followed up with an email to the company explaining and suggesting they empower their employees with more specific information, perhaps in the way of a list of services and their prices. I received no communication in return. My initial positive experience resulted in a negative one due to this lack of communication.

Once we had final approval from our HOA, Agape scheduled us within a week and was prompt. We were told it would take two days to complete the work, which was exactly what it took. The finished product was exactly as promised. The work and the personnel were very professional. Everything was delivered exactly as promised. I would highly recommend them.

They were here December of 2015. I might use them in the future. They wouldn't be my first choice.

What an awesome job. From the time we got an estimate Agape was great to work with. They came and did a timely estimate and gave great recommendations for the problem were having which was water run off and soil erosion. They did a magnificent job tilling the existing soil/clay, leveling the area with new top soil and laying the sod. Unfortunately the day the finished the work it rained so hard that it washed some of the new sod down to the sidewalk. Agape was out the next day to fix the issue and install staple to prevent it from happening again. The sod has taken really well and is green and lush. We wish the rest of the yard looked as good as the new stuff. A pleasure to work with through the entire process, I can not recommend them highly enough.

It went well, 3 weeks until service was done... Guys were nice and professional but they just blew leafs out of gutters mostly on to the roof.

I called them and they said they would come out and fix my dryer vent. They did not show up when they said they would be there. We have waited two weekends in a row and they have not showed up. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They were friendly and helpful in getting a refund issued.

The plants they installed for the shade garden were healthy and beautiful. The clean-up and mulching job looks great and was done in the timeframe quoted (6 person-hours).

Very nice crew. Efficient and friendly.
