Description of Work: It took a while to get the appointment as the service person was getting married and on vacation. after several calls we managed to find a mutually acceptable date. The young man was prompt and very polite and sent me a plan with in a couple of days by email. I was aware that he was young and still in landscaping school and I was not impressed with the plan. I did not call him back.

Description of Work: installed an irrigation system including a rain sensor for my new home. They had to get permits and a separate water meter installed. The municipality was slow in getting meter installed and doing inspections so it took longer than originally stated. During the whole process, I was impressed with the work that was done, accomodating my many questions and giving me a "lesson" on how to use it. I was extremely pleased with the results.
