Description of Work: Said they would schedule us on a Friday afternoon and would call to confirm once they did schedule. Didn't receive any call or email and they dcheduked us in the morning. Asked them to please be especially careful around the plants and shrubs and promised they would. They ended up dropping the chunks of ice with gutter debri on several plants and broke off limbs and didn't bother making any effort to clean up the debri or the broken plants.

Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters. Arrived early, before I was home, and were completing the job as I arrived having left paid bill in door. The property was clean...no debris. Only downside was the water spayed on porch but they had to clean somehow
