Responsive, efficient, courteous.
Description of Work: Main line clogged. They augered it out and figured out where the problem was. And while they were they, I had them replace all the old brass pipe under the kitchen sink with PVC.

Description of Work: I had a leaky outdoor faucet. The guy arrived on time and inspected the leak. He then replaced the washer which solved the issue. He was also kind enough to crawl under the house to verify the leak had not created any moisture or foundation problems. He was knowledgeable and confident in his work. The leak wasn't that bad, but my water bill is actually lower this month.

Description of Work: Full toilet plumbing inspection. The technician, Mr. Lawrence Tilley, was very knowledgeable. He switched out the mechanism in the master toilet and repaired the guest bathroom sink. He reviewed the plumbing inside the house as well as checked the pipes below. The price was more than fair for the quality of work. He explained everything thoroughly including the price prior to doing any work. I wholeheartedly recommend this firm and will continue to use them in the future.

Description of Work: The work quoted was done , the understanding of the work needed was not clear, but a requite was requested to complete what work would be needed to finalize inspection ruff-in needs have not been done, even after repeated request. Now I have to find another plumber that will take over where this one left off, which is hard to do sometimes. I will not use this plumber again in our future house remodeling service, but I will let other contractors know the reason and let them decide if they will do the same. This was the second attempt to use your service that ended in failure . I think I will have to go somewhere else for recommendation's.

I am afraid that our business is not suited to be of service with large remodel projects. We are best suited for tackling plumbing repairs and smaller, one to two day jobs. We often have to communicate to customers that we are unable to take on extensive remodel projects and I am sorry if we failed to communicate that from the beginning of our relationship.

THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD. I DID NOT APPRECIATE HIM LOOKING AT MY PIPES AND TELLING ME THAT HE WANTED TO REPLACE ALL THE PIPES UNDER MY HOUSE WHEN ALL I WANTED DONE WAS THE TWO. I FELT LIKE THEY OVERSTEPPED THEIR BOUNDS.
Description of Work: THEY FIXED THE PIPES UNDERNEATH MY HOUSE AFTER A SIX INCH AND A THREE INCH PIPE HAD BROKE.
