Description of Work: This was an introductory offer and I paid, at a reduced rate, in advance. The person who came did very good work, very quickly.

Description of Work: Replaced the broken Back Water Valve plus about 15 feet of sewer line. Then Acme discovered that the sewer line replacement of sewer line had to be extended another 15 feet to meet the required slope.

Description of Work: My dishwasher was unhooked and hauled away. The plumbing under the kitchen sink was replaced due to removal of disposal and dishwasher and because of two leaks.

Description of Work: Leroy was professional and friendly. He told us the problems and gave a price up front and did what he said he would do. The most important thing to us was that he explained why we were having a certain problem with our Kitchen sink and how to keep it from happening again. We are very pleased.

Description of Work: They replaced 2 inlet/outlet valves on a water heater. It was an easy fix, and went very well. The technician also did a check on Master bath toilet, for running water. These items were part of a house inspection checklist. In all, the serviceman was professional and was able to help us.

Description of Work: I had to call 4 times requesting an estimate and each time was told someone would get back to me . Finally , I contacted the manager and then got an immediate response. When the representative came , no apology or explanation was given and the estimate was seven hundred dollars over the other two quotes. I went with another company and was extremely pleased with their service , price and the quality of the work.

Description of Work: We had a water spot on the ceiling and didn't know the source of the leak. The plumber said it may be due to caulking needed. He had us mark the size of the stain and he caulked a small section. He didn't charge us for the visit. We certainly will call him again when we need a plumber. He was prompt, courteous and professional.
