We were very satisfied.

Just fine. It cost what they said it would. He showed up at the agreed upon time. He cleaned up the dust afterward. He showed me how to make some minor adjustments on my own. He did some adjustments to make the doors close better and lock easier. He showed me a place where 2 doors were hitting their frames and advised me what to do about it. He did not charge for the extra keys.

I called A-1 on a Sunday and the man I spoke with asked if I needed help today. I explained that I could wait until Monday. On Monday, the locksmith arrived promptly and quickly unjammed the key from my lock. He also made a couple of new keys for the door. In the process of fixing the lock, he noticed that our door was not closing smoothly and took it upon himself to realign the door, which was opened and closed much better since his visit. The locksmith did a great job explaining what was wrong with our lock and how to prevent the same thing from happening again. If anything ever goes wrong with a lock in the house again, I will definitely hire A-1 Locksmith.

We moved into a new home and needed the locks replaced. A-1 was very responsive and came out to the job right away. The job was completed in less than an hour and he even gave me an extra set of keys at no charge.

I called and A-1 sent someone over from Durham who did great work in a short amount of time. He was courteous and quick and I appreciate he cleaned up after he was done. He explained what he would need to do and then explained the cost of everything. Good job!

Locksmith showed up at appointed time (9am) and was quick to get to work. When he realized that he picked up one set of wrong lock he was able to call shop and get lock while he worked. He did a good job of lining up one misplaced deadbolt that previously would not latch at all. Did a good job of explaining differences in our options and cleaned up after himself.

He did an excellent job. He was here when he said that he would be here and did the work quickly. I was really happy as the key works perfectly. His rates were competitive and I would recommend him to anyone.

He arrived within an hour of my call (on a Saturday) and completed the work in under an hour and a half. He did a great job and even threw in a few spare keys!

Ricky showed up on time for the appointment. He was friendly and professional. The job was done quickly and well. I would use Ricky again in the future.

I am thrilled that he came within 30 minutes of my call. He was very polite, got the job done quickly, and didn't leave a mess. He shook my hand and looked me in the eye coming and going. He even asked me if the cats could go out, (no!) and if I wanted any of the doors left unlocked. The price was reasonable, $10 per cylinder plus a $45. Service charge.

I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE LOCK. I GO THERE ALL THE TIME FOR DIFFERENT THINGS. I FOUND THAT THEY DO GOOD QUALITY WORK FOR A GOOD PRICE. I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING THEY HAVE DONE FOR ME.
