+ -1 moreIt could not have been better! A few months ago Daniel washed my house and power washed the sidewalk and driveway. I was so pleased that I asked him do my daughters house as a surprise to her for Christmas. She had been out of town, and when she came back, she was absolutely thrilled at the sight of it. It had not been washed since before she owned it, and she never believed it could look so good. Not just in his business, Daniel is a professional in all aspects of his life. Not only is he a state trooper but he’s assigned to the governors mansion. I can only assume that’s where they send the best of the best. This is a side job for him but it’s also a profession. Daniel has made quite an investment in his business . He had van specially dedicated for carrying all the high-tech equipment that he has, most of which I’m totally unfamiliar with, but I was impressed with it. I never realized how much there is to know about soft washing houses with all various paints and different types of surfaces . Daniel has obviously studied his product and he knows it well. I’m retired and I know that it is hard to find someone with a work ethic like his these days. He shows up on the day agreed-upon, on time and ready to work. My daughters house was a pretty big project but he kept informed of his progress and checked with me before doing anything that was in doubt. My daughter recommended him to several of her neighbors and I have also recommended him to people of my neighborhood. His rates are very reasonable, and I will definitely be using him again in the future.

+ 0 moreIt went great. Daniel was able to remove hard water stains from my siding that other companies had said could not be removed and the siding would have to be replaced. My brick front porch and fireplace looked good as new. Would definitely recommend. Great work!

+ -1 moreWe badly needed our house washed after the aggressive pollen season and an even longer damp winter where we had algae and pollen caked on everything. Daniel came out, took a look at everything and very confidently told us that this could easily be handled and he could schedule us at our convenience. He sent over a very timely and appropriate quote, and we scheduled time a week later. I was not expecting so much thoughtfulness and professionalism but received just that. Each and every exposed electronic, outlet, door handle, and anything sensitive was taped, bagged and covered to protect it and keep the cleaning chemicals out. He did a very thorough job, worked around us, helped us move things that needed to be moved and by the time I realized he finished, the house looked brand new. It looked like somebody had gone and painted our trim and shutters, it looked like they laid fresh brick and poured new concrete, and the siding looked fantastic! I would, and have, already highly recommended this service from Exceptional Exteriors Software and have neighbors already lined up for theirs. Thanks for all the hard work, making it seem easy and delivering more than we could have imagined.

+ 1 moreMr. Edwards provided a pressure wash , gutter cleaning, and deck wash to my residence. He was very professional with his services. I was truly amazed how clean my house, gutters and deck were after his service. He showed up 30 minutes early and 2 hours later than he expected. With my surprise, and working the extra hours, he charged less than what was quoted. His honesty and knowledge of his job were very impressive. There is no doubt I will hire him again when the time comes. Definitely a five star company and owner.

+ -1 moreExceptional Exteriors Softwash’s work and customer service was exceptional! Made our entire house and decks look as new as the day we built the house. My wife and I were debating painting all of our trim and deck railing black, but once we saw them as clean as they got (especially without any splintering) we decided to keep them the original white. They did such an amazing job that I have hired them to wash my in-law’s house and already looking forward to next items to have cleaned! In addition to the house, driveway, sidewalk and deck, I have a brick sidewalk that I was very concerned about as the bricks are laid in place and compressed on sand that turned out beautiful, and none of the bricks went out of place from the process, not only will I recommend Daniel to others but I’m going to have him do my daughters driveway and house also. I’ll let was it the main factor for me. I would say that prices are very very reasonable also.

Exceptional Exteriors Softwash offers the following services: 1) Exterior Cleaning and Restoration:
This service includes a low pressure approach to the killing and removal of organic growth. It is also good for the removal of dirt and pollen. This service is good for any exterior surfaces.
2)Gutter Cleaning and Restoration:
The service includes an outside cleaning, a removal of debris from inside the gutters and a thorough rinsing to insure that the gutters are working properly.
3) Concrete Cleaning:
This is a service that includes a pre-treatment of chemicals and is then followed by a thorough rinsing. Depending on the surface and the severity of the cleaning, a moderate to high pressure may be used. The surface is then followed by a post-treatment of chemicals for a better ending result.
4) Roof Teatment and Cleaning:
This service is good for shingles, tile and metal roofs. This service includes a chemical treatment of organic growth such as mold, moss and lichen. Any organic growth imbedded to the surface will be killed, there by offering a clean look and prolonging the longevity of the roof.
5) Deck and Fence Cleaning and Restoration:
This service is similar to an exterior cleaning and flat service cleaning, in that a pre-treatment of chemical is applied and then followed by rinsing. Depending on the service and the severity of cleaning, a moderate pressure may be used, followed by a post-treatment of chemicals for a better looking finish. If vinyl, a soft wash will be applied followed by a low pressure rinse. If unpainted wood, the same will apply as the vinyl, followed by a low to moderate pressure rinse. Any stained or painted wood will be addressed with care.
6) Property Protection:
Property protection is very important. Adjacent landscapes are pre-rinsed, tarped, and post-rinsed. Livestock, ponds and pools containing marine life and other wild life are taking into high consideration. Outdoor accessories such as electrical outlets, door knobs and door bells, audio and visual entertainment.
