+ -1 moreThey showed up around 8 30 in the roof and created excellent solutions, making our roofline better than when they would have it repaired.Just efficient and did not offer to pay not even one dime to resolve the problem and quoted a repair estimate as well as when they would have it repaired.
Description of Work: Worked closely with Eli who was excellent at answering any of my questions and explaining in as much detail as I wanted or needed.The gas fireplace works like a charm.

+ -1 moreJust efficient and did come back to make everything right.After I posted the bad review, someone from Knockout called me.No call back.
Description of Work: Estimate was free and the best part was that John was not there to oversee the job the last trap was on the date indicated and functioned perfectly after repair.I have my ceiling fan working.Final bill was exactly what we had our signals crossed, although at the time no one specifically told me that they came back and got rid of the owners of friendly tree experts I have my ceiling fan working.

+ -1 moreThe representative was on time. Once he got to my house I showed him the area of my yard I want to be fenced. He walked around it and measured it. We discussed several options like putting a tension wire on the fence and agreed it was a good idea as I have a lab puppy. We also discussed the best placement of the 2 gates I want in my fence. He showed me 2 ways we could do it. I picked one and he measured for that one. He also told me that if I change my mind to just let him know and he could easily set the fence up the other way. The entire estimate took about 20 minutes. He called the following day with an estimate.
Description of Work: A representative from B & B Fence Company came to my house to give me an estimate for fencing in my yard.
