+ -1 moreI explained the nature of the repair and that I was working with an external insurance company because the damage was caused by a delivery person. After some back and forth with the "pro" I finally got an estimate. A week later the insurance company asked for an estimate on a page with a business name and address and then I was ghosted. This is the SECOND time this has happened with Angi pros (the first time I had a no-show), so I will not be using this service any longer.
