Very friendly and approachable workman. Very professional service. Range of deck stain colors provided to choose from. Deck furniture was removed and replaced by staff. Deck was thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the stain. We are pleased with the results! We would use Randy's company again.

Guys were on time and jumped right to work. Worked almost none stop and got a large portion of the house done. Cleaned and controlled the mess as best you can. I have popcorn ceilings so I don't blame them for the ceiling droppings around. When another company was a no show on their Big Deal I had also bought, Randy agreed to double his Deal and his crew worked all day in their place.

The crew was polite and worked full days only breaking for lunch. They were all professional and polite. Randy came to the house to talk about the job and get our feedback. He came after the crew was finished and did some detail work he felt was needed. I asked for a few small fixes which he did himself. My husband and I are very satisfied with the painting project. The house looks beautiful and it was all done with no interference of any of our daily routine.

Randy arrived promptly and was very professional. He took notes along the way. Randy explained his process and delivery of services. We felt confident he would provide quality services. His quote was competitively priced but we selected a painter than was located closer to us.

He emailed me to ask about the scope of work right after I purchased the deal. Then we emailed back and forth. This job was for our house that we'll be selling soon, but I'm considering having him do work on our new house as well. I look forward to having him.

Two of Randy's workers arrived on time and immediately began prepping the area. Covered all floors and room contents to protect from over spray and equipment. Taped and/or removed fixtures from ceiling and applied plastic sheeting at trim line. Set up equipment and sprayed ceiling. Removed all sheeting and paint cloths, and even re-positioned some of the lights fixtures which were out of position to start with. These two gentlemen did an excellent job, both in prepping/painting, and clean up. A very professional and polite duo. Randy Mowrey expects the best and his crew provided that and I am very appreciative.

Went very well. Prep and clean-up were good, no splatter onto unprotected areas. After initial painting, there were a couple of areas in the upper part of foyer where obvious wide lines were visible if seen at an angle. Company came out and repainted quickly and with no complaint. I supplied the paint (a highly recommended brand from Consumer Reports), but except for those relatively small areas, absolutely no problems with quality and unclear why those areas showed up. But they aren't there now, so rated "A" for quality. All employees were a pleasure to work with. I would and will use them again.

R&R Painting is one of the best contractors I have ever dealt with. The entire crew was courteous and extremely neat. The preparation of the walls ensured that their work was of the highest quality. They came when they said they would and finished on time. Their knowledge of their profession is the best I have seen and they were able to apply new technology to address some problem areas that came up during the project. The priced was more than fair and I think that we realized great value for our money. I would definitely use them again, in fact I do not think I would use anyone else. Randy is more like a friend than a contractor.

Randy was very prompt and we got an estimate on the spot not after a week of figuring it out. He had us go to the paint store and get one of their master color charts and pick out the paint we wanted. When we made a mistake (chose an interior paint to go on the porch trim), he called and suggested a better paint that we love for the porch trim. We went over estimate on the job but as soon as it was apparent to Danny (his foreman) and Randy that the walls having not been painted in 15 years were sucking up paint like a sponge, he called me. By now my confidence in him was such that I told him to do what was needed. He saved me every penny he could and still give me a great top notch job. Job was completed before his original time frame and he was always available to answer questions. Great job Randy and Danny!

When originally booked, said he was about 2 months backed up, but would try to get us in sooner. Then he had a cancellation and was able to squeeze us in after about 3 weeks. Well worth the wait. Drop cloths throughout the house to keep the carpets clean. Work was done as agreed to. Paint lines in the corners around moldings were very crisp. Did a pretty good job cleaning up to (they did sanding, so there was still dust everywhere, but they did their best).

Randy's crew showed up on time each morning. They performed their work in a professional manner. They were meticulous about the work they did and any questions I had were immediately addressed. Each day they cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess. Randy came by regularly to check on things and always asked my opinion about the quality of the work.

I will keep this simple... Randy gave us the estimate and the timeline. We picked the colors and gave him a key to the house. (It was empty.) We met a week or so later and it was done. But not just done. Done great. Randy did what he said he would do, in the time he said he would do it, for the price he said he would do it. There is nothing else I could want. Great job Randy. We will call in the future.

Extremely well! He rearranged his schedule to meet my critical schedule needs. Showed up on time with crew and went straight to work. Did a complete preparation of all surfaces to be painted. Finished on time and did a complete clean up of site when done.

Came on time Friday. Worked diligently to finish job over weekend. Came back to touch up areas as I requested.

Delayed job one week because of another priority, with my approval. Kept us informed of progress and did a neat job. very happy with his and his mens' performance.

Another contractor had removed the texture from our ceilings about a year ago. Job took forever and was done very poorly. We used R&R a few years back to paint the majority of our house and really liked how it turned out. So we called Randy and his team in to repair the damage that was done by the previous contractor. They scraped the bad paint and remaining textured from the ceiling, patched/skimmed all the damaged areas, resanded everything and repainted. Our ceilings are now nearly flawless and we are thrilled with the results! Randy and his team (Danny, Terry, Dale, and Jeffrey) are absolute professionals and masters of their trade. They could not be a nicer group of people. What was originally supposed to take a week or more was knocked out in basically four days, with little impact on our daily lives. They could not be a nicer group of people, taking the extra moment to assist my pregnant wife with manuvering through their ladders and equipment and to chat with my young son (who was completely fascinated by them). Randy himself was on-site frequently to check the progress and workmanship and he conducted a very thorough final walk through with us to ensure we were 100% satisfied. He even provided us with an additional discount above and beyond what had been discussed. We are extremely happy with the work performed and would recommended Randy and his team to anyone. We will definitely be using them again!

I would recommend them as I thought they were good in regards to the quality of the workmanship and the dedication of the work. Their customer service was grand and I had no problems.

We recently put ikea cabinets in our kitchen but I wanted a more custom look so I had R&R provide me a quote on painting the kitchen island a contrasting color. Randy was prompt in his call back and extremely professional. He also called the paint store he normally works with to have a designer come out and consult on the color just so I could be sure. He goes above and beyond what one would expect from a painting business. We were very pleased and would definitely use him again. Thanks R&R Btw his team finished the job sooner than predicted and cleaned up after themselves as well!!!!!!

This was the second time Randy and his crew did work for us and both times did an excellent job . They were prompt and efficient and took a lot of pride in their work. When we have another painting project, we will call them again. Have also reffered them to others.

The total experience has been outstanding! The timeliness, punctuality, and quality are far superior to our prior experience with contracted painters. The staff are friendly, clean and attentive to detail. Randy spends time on the job site and insures the total management of the experience.

The work was excellent from start to finish. The job was done on time and on budget. The follow up was excellent as well. When the floors were redone, Randy and crew came back in to touch up the paint. Randy also followed up with us in person to ensure we were satisfied and that there were no problem. We highly recommend them!
