This company did a good job. It did take 2 trips and they arrived later than scheduled, BUT the repair got done and the unit has performed ever since. Would recommend them and use them again.

I have used this provider one other time. Both of my experiances have been pleasant in that they actually answered their phone, dispatched at technician in a timely manner and the technician was proficient and pleasant. Once upon a time this was an expectation. Sad to say but I am finding good service hard to find these days. I rate Lakeside a keeper.

Lakeside provides the ongoing HVAC maintenance for our 12 year old home. When the heat pump stopped working, they were very responsive with the pros and cons and cost estimates for various alternatives (e.g. compressor only vs. new system), and installed the new compressor promptly and professionally.

I started to call people in to check out my 21 year old air conditioner. It was determined by more than one company that it was really a new furnace I needed. I was not prepared for this expense but it had to be done. I received 4 quotes, and while not the cheapest but very comparable (within 100.00) I chose Lakeside. When I explained the situation I was in, they gave me several options. They are the only company who explained that getting a 13 SEER was adequate and I would get the 1500.00 tax credit because of the XR95 gas furnace. They directed me to the dual fuel unit. Before I chose them, I went back to some of the other quotes asking them some of the questions I learned from Lakeside, but quickly determined, that they were in it for the bigger sale. Tim Smith at Lakeside was very helpful in helping me make my choice. I really felt that they gave me what was best for me and what they would do personally if they were in my situation. I am glad it was the local Denver company that came through with flying colors. I like being able to support local business.

Lakeside always provide prompt good service. They came the same day since they had a tech in my area repaired my heat pump.

They were extremely professional, courteous, on time, and reasonably priced.

Our house is much easier to heat now that we have a new furnace. The guy who put our furnace in was really great about everything. He was even willing to explain step by step what he was doing to my son who was really interested in what was going on.

I was not that satisfied with this company's final product. Now don't get us wrong, their price was one of the absolute best that we found and they were very kind and treated us with great respect. What I did not care for was that they did not check all of the air ducts like they were supposed too and our system didn't work properly for about 6 months. After a few failed attempts to fix the problem by this company, we finally had to have another Company come in and get it fixed right for us. I do not think I would go back to that business again.

I was happy with the service provided. They were here on schedule for the service. They seemed very professional when I communicated with them. I do not remember the price. We were not living in the home at the time of the renovations. I feel they worked hard to get the job completed. I would recommend them to others.

I was quite impressed with the work that was done. I would say that they took their time and made sure to complete the job in a set amount of time. The price seemed to be acceptable, and the workers were friendly. I would recommend this company to other people as well.

I am so pleased with the overall job that was done in my home. I needed to have this work done for awhile and finally decided to get it done. I could not have chosen a better company to do the work. What a great group of people to deal with. They were informative, answered all of our questions and really made me feel like they genuinely cared about our project. We were definitely satisfied with choosing them for our project.

Don Johnston was the man who we dealt with and he was just so knowledgeable. He was no bother at all to deal with and was friendly and reliable. Our total bill may have been something like seven thousand dollars which included the actual system itself if I am remembering correctly. That price is an estimate, however. I would use this company again or tell others to, also.

They did an excellent job, and I would recommend this company to all of my family and friends. I was very impressed with this company. The work was done with such great detail, and there were no mistakes that needed extra attention. I think that the prices were very reasonable and that the workers were personable as well.

This was a job well done I would say. I did not have any problems at the time and I still do not have any. There was just one little scheduling glitch I encountered with them, but, it was nothing major. Really, it was nothing to even complain about at all. I am pleased enough to have them back. I thought they did a great job overall and I would give them a good recommendation.

I have used this company before and they have always done a good job so I knew they were reliable. Like always, they were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up everything. We also feel their pricing is very fair. We would recommend them to anyone.
