They gave good attention to detail and were prompt. The price was reasonable.

We went with Jim becuase he seemed like a nice honest guy - even though he was the most expensive of all the bids we recieved. The quality of the work was awful. He spilled paint all over our newly shingled roof and large paint splotches on the copper roofing that covers our bay windows - ruining the patina. So when we complained to him about it, he came out and litterally spray painted our shingles. He got paint splatter on our brand new front door. This is after he assured us that everything would be protected with drop cloths while he was painting. The paint job on the house is spotty and uneven. He underestimated the paint that would be required by HALF. We reached a point where he told us that if we wanted him to continue that he would need more money than the agreed upon amount - but we just wanted him out of here. I shouldn't have paid him the full amount but I did. Do not let this guy ruin your house.

From emails and phone calls to schedule to the finished work, the project went very well.

These same walls were painted around 5 years ago, but we needed touch up work to freshen 3 of the rooms. Even though we had the paint color by name for these rooms (they were all painted the same color), when we started the touch-up work, the paint color was not the same shade and did not match at all. Mr. Klein worked with us through this process by bringing over samples and painting swatches on an inconspiuous place on the walls to try and get the right match. He had to do this at least 3 times and was very patient with us through this process and never seemed agitated. We finally agreed to repaint these three rooms because none of the shades matched the initial paint color. Once we determined a new color, his staff of painters completed the work efficiently. They left very little behind for me to clean up and most days I couldn't even tell that they had been in the house except for the new paint smell. We were very pleased with the experience and end result. We will use them again.

I had all the interior walls painted prior to moving into the house. Trim touch up was done as needed. The job was completed in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the results.

He painted a lot of area and did a very nice job. He showed up on time and completed the work as desired.

Mr. Klein was quite prompt, arriving at the appointed time. He had one helper. I had been given a professional quote that spelled out the scope of work and materials that were required for the job. Mr. Klein does not give estimates but instead gives a firm quote. At my request, he did a ceiling touchup in the dining room at no additional cost even though that was not a part of the quoted amount. He and his helper were quite meticulous in their work and I would definitely hire him again for any painting that I needed.
