They were quick and efficient. They cleaned up my yard and hauled the tree away. As a result two of my neighbors hired them to address their tree problems, all of us were taken care of beyond our expectations. All three yards were done in 3-4 hours.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. You don't need to look any further - hire this company. They were professional, I received a phone call AND an email when they were enroute to my house for the job, they performed the service of cutting down several trees, ground them on-site and left the mulch for us. I came outside and they were raking up the area where the trees came down, and cleaning my driveway of any debris with a blower. I was very impressed. Great Job!

From start to finish, this job went very smoothly. We wanted all of the trees in our backyard removed and then all their stumps grinded. They were prompt in setting up a consultation, which was on March 4th, and then were back the following week to do the job. Both Bryan and Jenny Joy were very friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The crew that came to do the job was also very professional and friendly. They arrived a few minutes earlier than expected and got right to work. I was worried about their truck leaving rutt marks in the grass, but they went the extra mile and laid plywood down before they drove on the yard. Worked like a charm! I had absolutely no messes to clean up, as they did an awesome job cleaning up when finished. Took them about 6 hours to complete the job. Before leaving, one of the crew members walked the property with me to make sure I was pleased with their work. Definitely impressed with this company and would do business again in the future.

Jenny & Brian Joy provided a quote for the work within 48 hours of my initial inquiry. I made some changes to the service request after the initial quote and they accommodated the changes and sent me an updated quote within one day. I accepted the quote and they called me back immediately to schedule the work. A crew of approximately 6 workers showed up on time and performed all of the requested work in one day. Jenny & Ted were onsite during the work. The team did a terrific job! I had two large bradford pear trees and a diseased red oak removed. They also removed several juniper bushes and trimmed about 4-5 other trees. They also ground all the stumps and hauled away the branches. I would highly recommend this company.

They were exceptional! They came in with 4 trucks for one tree and were in and out within an hour. The tree they were taking down was on a hill, off my driveway and near some power lines. It was a hard tree to take down and they did it flawlessly. They didn't let a single branch/trunk hit the ground and used pulleys to slowly lower the branches/trunks to the ground. When they brought in the bobcat to remove the heavy pieces, they did so carefully and left my grass in good condition. Best of all, they truly left the area better than it was before they were there. They raked all of the mulch back into the hole/bed were the tree was previously and mulched it into the bed. You honestly could not tell they were there after they were gone. Best of all, I had 4 quotes and they beat all of them. So great service at a great price! You can tell it was a family run business with a lot of pride behind their work.

This company exceeded expectations. Bryan and Jenny Joy and their entire crew were a pleasure to deal with. The price was fair, the work crew arrived early and were very thorough in reviewing the work to be completed. The crew worked quickly and upon completion did a fantastic clean-up job. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

one team of 2 began working on the fence line tree. very careful to not let any damage to fence or to neighbor's yard. the second team set up cherry-picker and began pruning the 2 trees in front yard. All cut limbs were fed into wood chipper. Thoroughly cleaned the yard and drive way after the work was complete. Very effiecient and professional.

The Joy's will always be my first call for any tree/shrub service in Charlotte and the surrounding area. Their crew is excellently-equipped and tackles any job with professionalism and care. Brian was able to arrive next-day for a quote, and despite weather set-backs and scheduling nightmares (mine) the team arrived early one Tuesday and completed their work just after lunch. Once they finished, I had as requested a large pile of mulch to begin phase two of the outside improvement. I will call Joy's every time the trees here need any kind of service.

Their staff are very courteous and punctual. They were very careful and cleaned up the debris. On one occasion I was not even home when they worked. I called and scheduled the service and when I came home from work and all four of my stumps were gone. Their prices are very reasonable.

This company outright lied to me about their intentions, and performed what might be the worst tree-cutting job that I've ever seen -- on my tree, on my property, without my permission. I've seen the power company do a better job at cutting trees. Then, when I saw what they had done, they started threatening me with vague "lawyers" and said there was nothing I could do to them about it, and drove off. There are much better tree services available in Charlotte, so there is no need to stoop so low as to settle for this one. Hiring this company is a good way to start a war with your neighbor.

Brian and his wife are both very sweet and efficient. I am very pleased with their service.

WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANYONE AS SUPERB AS THEY ARE. THEY FINISHED A 2 DAY JOB IN 1 DAY. IT WAS A HUGE JOB. THE 90' PINE TREE WAS TAKEN DOWN WITHOUT BOTHERING THE FENCE. IT TOTALLY AMAZED ME. HE WAS AWESOME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. EVERYONE IS SO NICE. IT IS A REAL GOOD CHRISTIAN GROUP. THEY ARE LIGHT HEARTED. SUCH GOOD PEOPLE. EXTREMELY THOROUGH.
