Pier ramp that goes to floating dock needed to be reconnected...it was hanging loose. Jeffrey Jones came out to give me an estimate. He gave me a good price, and he had his team come out when he promised. They did a super job replacing the nails that were used by prior contractor (shoddy and unsafe work). They re-attached the ramp using fabricated hardware brackets and marine bolts. I would surely use them again.

The lift removal and reinstallation was done by the end of March as promised (up until almost the last day). He found a small hole in the lift that he plugged for me. The only disappointment was that he removed the rubber dock protector when he installed the lift and didn't replace it. This left the lift protruding past the side of the dock making my boat vulnerable to severe gouges. When I contacted him he said that the sides of the lift did not stick out further than the dock so this should not be a concern. Upon furer inspection I found that it did protrude and spent about $60 and about 90 minutes of time placing guards around the places that were cut away from the dock.

They were prompt in returning my calls and they showed up when they said they will show up. They did a great work for me in reasonable price.

Jones Marine service arrived on date requested. Did winterization on Chaparall 256 boat , engine 6.2 liter V8. First time I had used Jones for this service, he didn't realize boat had fresh water system that needed winterizing too, came back and completed that service when requested. We also used Jeffrey for water pump replacement/repair on this same boat earlier this year , again very prompt and completed that repair in a timely manner. I appreciate the fact that Jeffrey can be easily reached and returns calls in a timely manner. I will continue to use his service.
