The technician arrived promptly and went through the terms of our contract (1 visit quarterly) in detail. He took time to understand the specific problem areas and details of our house. We've seen a significant decrease in the bugs already, even though he said the second treatment will be needed to eliminate them entirely.

I think there pricing is about the going rate but they do a very good job.

Klint did a thorough inspection and was very helpful explaining the way that termites entered the home and did their damage. He was extremely courteous, professional, and friendly. We agreed to have the company perform a major termite treatment in early October, and we will have additional feedback after that.

Clint called ahead on the day of the appointment to verify the details. During the service they did everything we expected and then some, they even removed the cobwebs from the eaves of the house. Very professional and thorough. I look forward to having them come back for our quarterly service.

From the time I called to schedule an appointment, to the actual work, my experience was excellent. On the phone, the difference in ongoing service between signing up for quarterly or having a one-time visit was clearly explained. I decided to go with quarterly service which includes free call-backs. So far, though, the job appears to have been done well. Have only found a few dead bugs around, and since the technician explained that they're coming in from outside, the job around the perimeter of the house must have been thorough. I'm glad that I decided to go with this company, I'm really happy with their work!

They didn't charge me anything to come over and provided a free inspection. They normally charge for the inspection, but they waived that and gave me an estimate on some preventative plans for termite inspection. The representative was really nice. He was very polite and professional. He seemed to care about the business.

My husband then called me at work to have them explain their quarterly service. They explained themselves very well and were not pushy.

They are excellent bug people. I have an annual contract with them. It is $80 four times a year. They are very good to follow directions and do what I ask if I can't be at the house. They do a very thorough job. They come whenever I call at no additional charge. I'm on the water so I have a lot of problems with bugs. I also have a lot of trees They are always prompt and they always show up. They do everything they are supposed to do even if I am not there to watch.

I have had Innovative out at my house Quarterly since new. They are great and I have no bugs in or around my home. These folks are like family.

They have been the company that I have used since 2009. They show up once a quarter and spray around the home inside and out. Clean up any spider webs, and ants that show up. Ronnie has a great staff of people that work for him. They show up time and are clean and professional. They put on boot covers to come into the house, I appreciate that. Any time that I have had a problem, and that isn't very often they show up on time and do solid work. My house is bug free and the price is fair.

I signed a contract for continued service by this company with emphasis on controlling spiders. Initially, their efforts seemed to work and they did get rid of a wasp nest in the yard for an extra $50.00. On two occasions I asked them to make sure and spray for spiders in the garage but I did not notice an improvement with spider infestation. I cancelled after a year of mediocre service.
