I was originally reluctant to go to this store as the storefront wasn't appealing. It appeared to be old and small.I went in because I like to give my business to locals but when I entered the place, I was pleasantly surprised at the size and selection in the warehouse.My biggest compliment was the lack of sales pressure from the gentleman inside.As a matter of principle, I will dramatically leave a store if a salesman does more than simply offer to assist. Many salespeople will continue to talk after I've said, "I'm just looking", at which point I will simple turn and exit the store. This gentleman offered to assist and when I said I was just looking, he returned to the desk and said he'd be there to answer any questions. Loved it!As to the B score, it's because of the looks of the storefront and darkness inside. It's not an appealing place to shop but they had a huge selection, were very helpful, had quality furniture, etc. This really is a place for the quote, "Don't judge a book by it's cover."The timeliness of receiving my custom sofa was amazing. They promised 6-8 weeks and I had it in less than 5 weeks.It arrived in perfect shape and the delivery service was professional.
