While trying to renovate our house, and have work done to our foundation, we discovered a plumbing leak in our crawlspace. The foundation repair and "waterproofing" company would not go in the crawlspace until we had a plumber fix the leak. The plumber would not go in the crawlspace until the waste water was removed. It seemed like water removal would've been something both companies could've handled but they couldn't. AdvantaClean came out and extracted all of the water from our crawlspace, dried it out completely and left a dehumidifier under our house for a few days to make sure all of the moisture was gone. What impressed me the most was their idea to temporarily divert any future leaks to our sump pump until the plumber could get by to fix the issue which mean WE DIDN'T HAVE TO MOVE OUT OF OUR HOUSE!!! This was huge for us!! Abel and Angel were highly respectful of our home and left our crawlspace cleaner than it was when they started. We are highly satisfied with the work, would recommend them, and use them again and again. Thank you AdvantaClean!

The project was begun exactly when promised, although it did take an extra day to complete, as the scope of the work was more than had been projected. In spite of the extra labor and materials required to complete the project (beyond what we were quoted) we were NOT charged any more than the original estimate. The workers were professional and clearly knowledgable in re: the requirements for the work they were doing. The job supervisor, Trey Barnette, was quite thorough in explaining the rationale for the work, including reasons why some additional work that had been recommended by two other job bidders was unnecessary, thereby saving us quite a lot of money (VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!) We are very satisfied with the finished work, and my wife (who is more sensitive to air quality in our home than I am) has already noticed a significant improvement. We would highly recommend considering AdventSeal for this type of work and we are planning to have them clean our ductwork in the near future.
