Hired to dig swale trench after they dug trench, they dumped rocks with dirt mixed in, causing trench to clog. Trench is supposed to be 12 inches to 18 inches. After dumping dirt back into trench, it's only 6 inch deep in 27 feet. Notified Sureants May 8th, and they said will fix. No Show on 2 dates we agreed on. Now Surratts is ignoring after text, email, certified letter. Hiring new company to fix that will cost $3000 to $5000 do to company has to take rocks out of trench and had dig trench 27 feet. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WILL BE TALING Surratts to court for total cost of trench. All they had to do is come out and fix the issue.

Surratt’s did a great job when promised I am very pleased with the results.
Description of Work: They cleaned out the beds, trimmed bushes, trimmed trees, & mulched. Bed was over grown with vines and weeds and they didn’t damage the existing plantings.

I had a retaining wall replaced. Surratt's Lawn Care quoted me a fantastic price and did a better job than I expected. I will hire them again and already have a list of things I plan on having them do in the future. This one is a keeper.

Went very smoothly, was very professional and did a excellent job. Even when I received to many rocks because supplier gave us to much, they went out of there way to add rocks to landscaping. I would recommend for any landscaping, French drains, anything you need done to your yard. You won't regret it!!!!👍
