 + -1 moreHe will not hold true to the warranty. To get anything done we will have to go to a lawyer and fight him.
Description of Work: We bought a new house that Mr Summit built. We were suppose to have a one year warranty for the outside and inside. He refuses to fix anything. He is a very unprofessional man.

 + -1 moreIT WAS VERY PLEASANT. WE REALLY ENJOYED GOING TO THE SITE AND WATCHING THEM BUILD OUR HOUSE. THE WAY THEY WORKED SO QUICKLY, THEY MUST HAVE ALL BEEN MASTER CARPENTERS. THEY WERE WONDERFUL.
Description of Work: THEY BUILT US A NEW HOME.
