+ -1 moreOur 2 movers, Aaron and Troy, arrived at exactly the agreed upon date and time and proved to be agreeable, cheerful, knowledgeable and gentlemanly. They were efficient and meticulous packers. On unloading day, Aaron and Troy arrived in NC right on time and again, everything went perfectly. We experienced no damage - not any. Set ups were done efficiently and furniture placed where we wanted it. Nothing was missing. There were no unexpected costs. We highly recommend this nice company. The Webb Company very aptly describes irself as a "Premier Moving Company". We would describe them the same way.
Description of Work: This was a great moving experience, although even after negotiating the price way down, it was more expensive than any other moving company we called. We had some antiques, furniture and artwork we wanted to be moved, with care, from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Boone, North Carolina and the company was recommended to us by previous users because of their good reputation, expertise and extra care. Our price negotiation resulted in an agreement that we would provide our own boxes and pack our household goods ourselves. All furniture, artwork and antiques were packed by our two movers, using their materials. We agreed on dates and times for pickup and delivery and they were to keep in frequent phone contact with us at pickup and delivery times ( they did).
