Description of Work: We have used this company for several different projects including the installation of doors, windows and finish carpentry. The quality of the work is outstanding. They are highly reliable and their pricing is fair. We absolutely recommend them!

+ -1 moreChris did some custom closets and bunk beds in the barn I was renovating and it is beautiful. I have friends and family begging to come stay in "the Barn" which has turned into a great guest house!! He helped design and built a climbing wall (bouldering cave) for my son and myself, and he renovated the basement room in the main house. I wanted some really creative columns in the basement room because it is a mountain house and also the room was to be my gym. Chris took my dream of having real trees as the columns and researched it, found a guy with the trees and literally hand gutted the trees to fit around the posts. It is so incredible and is my favorite room in the house! Being an artist I come up with unusual ideas for Chris to build and he comes through every time! I do not think I will every hear him say, "It can't be done." Thanks Chris!!!!!
Description of Work: Northern Home Specialties has done many projects for me from structural renovations to painting. Chris has the most impeccable work ethic I have ever seen, is honest, cares about his work and is always professional. It is always a pleasure doing business with someone like Chris Bicking and I wish there could be more like him! He is on top of every project from start to finish, does quality work, and is really concerned that everything is on time and to your satisfaction. I would not use anyone else.
