+ 0 moreVery smooth! They came on-time, did the job, cleaned up, and left. There were some follow up items that they had to come back after the job was finished. They did what they said they were going to do and more.
Description of Work: Precision Framing did a heck of a job creating a screened in porch for the back of my house. They put in a screened in porch with a very creative roof structure (compared to the other screened in deck in our neighborhood). They also added a deck to the porch with a pergola over it. We love this deck! It is large, quality construction. We did have a problem with one of the main posts. Tom (the owner of Precision Framing) noticed that it was going bad and replaced. This deck is great!
