+ -1 morePaul was very nice in meeting with us. Timely, punctual and professional. Paul provided some design ideas for exterior renovations to our home. We have ultimately not moved forward with any renovations in these areas yet and are still considering what we wish to do here.
Description of Work: We hired Paul for design ideas related a facelift for the overall look of the exterior of our home. Looking for ideas related to exterior elevations and finishes on both the front and rear.

Description of Work: We found Paul in a Cincinnati Magazine because they had done a full spread on previous large home that Paul had designed. We were taken by his work and decided to hire him. He designed a wonderful home for us. We have extremely high winds in our area and Paul designed the house so that we would not feel or hear the wind. He also designed extra wide walls for our home.

+ -1 moreHe is patient and listens client's opinions. He is patient and willing to make changes. He is working with builders and contractors now to get bids. He does excellent designs.
Description of Work: Paul is the architect for a new Quaker meeting house in Davidson. We had an old small house in which Paul added 2300 sq feet in the back with an octagonal meeting room. He has worked with the county and town officials on all of his planning. He charges $100 an hour.
