Jeff Freeman's crews hammers their nails and had a small crew (3-5 guys) to replace a roof damaged by hail. Although some crew changes resulted in the job taking 4 days, the clean-up was thorough (found maybe 4 nails in the yard in the following 3 months) and we've had no roof issues. Mike and Jeff both spent 30+ minutes after the job was done inspecting the roof. Later, as part of an inspection for the sale of our home, a roof inspector stated that the roof work was "amazing." In the areas where roofers typically slack off, Jeff Freeman's crew stayed attentive. As far as cost, I found this company to be very competitive.

Jeff was personally involved in all the phases of our work; was on time and the work was responsibly priced and completed on time as promised. The attention to detail, protection of the shrubbery, and clean up was outstanding.

I have some small repairs to windows and siding that I had hoped Jeff would be able to quickly help me with, but I called twice and left a message for him. I never heard back from him.

Mike and the crew were great - very professional and conscientious from start to finish. Debris was carefully cleaned up at the end of each work day. Even though the job ended up being a bit more involved than anticipated, Mike was on top of things and made sure that the project was completed to a very high standard. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work on our roofing project and have recommended Jeff Freeman's Roofing to several friends. We would definitely use them again.

Jeff is extremely conscientious and professional. I have been a client of his for almost 20 and I wouldn't call anyone else for roofing needs. He is courteous and helpful and his crews are fast and do a good job of cleaning up any trash or mess. I would highly recommend Jeff.

we have found Jeff Freeman a gentleman to deal with. he has been prompt and fair, despite the fact that his company is crazy busy. he is not cheap, but he prices very fairly and performs excellent work. He has been always on tme, professional, exceptionally clean, and honest and honorable. the total work was done over approx a year. Re: the roof, this was an insurance job - he did all he promised and left the outer house cleaner than he found it. Re: the siding and repairs - his crew did exactly what the were contracted to do, and even returned to finish a piece we all had missed for no extra charge. Re: the windows - job was neatly done, the windows he recommended are terrific, and they cleaned up exceptionally well. They even moved the furniture and treatments as they replaced the windows, and every window was wiped clean with windex inside and out, with brick molding expertly covered with aluminum siding, caulked with perfection. the zinger was that one of the men offered to do any incedental inside caulking for us as a courtesy. they said they always do this. what a difference those little repairs made.

The crew came in early in the morning. They took the old shingles off and replaced what needed to be replaced. They put the new shingles on the same day, and we have a pretty large roof. They cleaned up. They had everything done in a timely manner. The owner came around to inspect the job. I was highly satisfied with the outcome, and I would recommend them. Not only did they fix our roof, but they improved the look of our house. We got very good quality shingles. They are a great company.

Jeff's crew did a great job! They were professional, fast and respectful of our property. They took care to protect our landscaping and our dogs. Jeff came personally each day to make sure the job was going well. They cleaned up each day they worked and did an overall wonderful job. Jeff went the extra mile to find special staples to use on our screened porch roof, since roofing nails would have ruined it. He also tacked different shingle sample colors up so that I could see what they would actually look like on the roof, before he ordered the shingles. They left leftover materials with us, and did not charge us for materials they didn't use. I highly recommend them, and would definitely use them again!!!

Jim was prompt - showed up on time for appointment; performed work on schedule. His guys did a great job and Jim was very thorough. I was very happy with the work he performed and would definitely hire again.

Overall, he did a great job with the repairs. I would highly recommend him!

He also solved two leakage problems. He used 40 year shingles. The service was very good. He came back three times to make sure we didn't have any nails. We never had any flat tires. We have also never had any leaks in the roofs. He recommended we add soffits to the areas and improve them. We reduced the heating and air costs in that house by 20% by doing what he recommended.

Overall it went well; they cleaned up after themselves pretty well it did take them awhile to get done due to weather problems. They were efficient and they showed up on time.

Great! The whole roof job took less than 3 days. Guys were professional and courteous. Jeff (the owner) was on the job site several times each day. He was on the roof, worked on the attic fan. The skylight is fabulous.

He waited 1 week before he called me back. He stated that he was not sure when he could get to the job. I called back to get the status of the job if possible. (05/02) never heard back. Poor communication. After an explanation by Mr. Freeman, I understand why he did not get back to me.

Mr. Freeman was a very nice person to do business with. He is very professional and explained everything that was being done each day his crew was on the job. The gentlemen who actually hung the siding knew exactly what they were doing and did a wonderful job! The clean up was spotless no debris was left anywhere. I am very happy with my experience. The price was reasonable, and the job was done in a very timely manner, just as Mr. Freeman quoted me. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a first class job.

Jeff took me around the neighborhood to look at different shingle colors and styles so that I could decide what was best for my house. He was excellent about educating me on choices on venting and shingle durability. He also was good about up-dating me on the crew's progress. He was prompt in starting and completing the job. I got three quotes and, though Jeff was not the rock bottom lowest, his price was fair and extremely competitive. I would use his services again in a heart beat.

Jeff and his crew do a great job. In fact, I had a pre-sell inspection and the inspector wanted to know who did the work...he was that impressed with quality of the job! Jeff checked the site each day and made sure the nails and debris were cleaned up. He can be hard to run down as he has plenty of work but he was more than happy to meet with me after hours so I did not have to take time off from work. He is my roofer for life and will be called upon to inspect the roof of our new home because I really do trust his integrity as well as his work.

Called and left message at main number. Took a long time to respond. Recommend calling ''alternate number'' which is a cell phone. Spoke to Jeff Freeman, made arrangements to visit for an estimate. Jeff never showed up. Two additional calls to cell phone to attempt another appointment were never returned. ''F'' on responsiveness.

SPOKE TO OWNER REGARDING A SKYLIGHT REPAIR, HE SAID HE WOULD COME OUT FOR ESTIMATE AND NEVER DID. CALLED HIM BACK BUT HE NEVER RETURNED THE PHONE CALL.
