Description of Work: I used this provider to replace a roof on a 12x16 storage building, which was a small job that no one else seem to be interested in. Description of Work: Removed old shingles and replaced with new. Also, replaced gutter on front of house and painted it. Jeff also kindly replaced attic fan for me. This was in the late 90's and I honestly do not remember the cost at the time. I have used the Freeman's services at least 3 times over the years and will be calling them again soon.

THEY HAVE REPAIRED A ROOF FOR ME ALSO AND CHARGED ABOUT HALF WHAT THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE WAS. THE ROOF WAS COMPLETED IN TWO DAYS WITH ONLY A WEEK WAIT AFTER I CALLED THEM. THE INITIAL CREW HAD LEFT SOME MESS IN THE YARD, BUT WHEN MY TENANT CALLED IT TO THEIR ATTENTION THE FINISHING CREW TOOK CARE OF ALL CLEANUP.

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED IN EVERY AREA. DID WHAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO AND HE ALSO DID A GREAT JOB OF CLEAN UP EVERY DAY.
Description of Work: HE PUT A NEW ROOF ON OUR HOUSE - HE ALSO DID THE TEAR OFF. HE GAVE MORE DETAIL ON THE JOB, SO IF OTHER CONTRACTORS HAD TAKEN AS LONG A LOOK AT OUR NEEDS AS HE DID, THEY PROBABLY WOULD HAVE CHARGED THE SAME. HE WAS NOT OUR LOWEST ESTIMATE -- HE WAS ACTUALLY OUR SECOND HIGHEST -- BUT HE WAS WELL WORTH IT.
