I saw an ad in the Charlotte Observer that was offering 50% off decorative fabrics, free estimates, and free pick-up and delivery (with a 10% senior citizen discount). I have never had my phone call answered when I call. I left a message for someone to call me back for an appointment, which they did. The appointment came and went and no one showed (with me calling to find out what happened and no one answering the phone). When Ida finally did call several days later, she explained that they didn't show for the first appointment because one of their trucks had been stolen and they were dealing with the aftermath of that. I was willing to give them a second chance so I scheduled a second appointment. When they did not show for that one, I tried calling them again. This time, a recording came on which stated that the party I was calling was unavailable. What an unprofessional way to run a business!
Description of Work: I called the company to come to my house and give me an estimate on the re-upholstering of a chair. Their advertisement in the Charlotte Observer said that they would give free estimates. They didn't show or call to say that they wouldn't be here for the first appointment. Ida called several days later to re-schedule. They did not show or call for the second appointment.
