I had hired them before and being familiar with the company I hired them again but was disappointed in the customer service having repeatedly having to call to see if they were coming and then only 1 workers showed and have to call for assistance, again delayed work being done, and I think I paid too much for 1 small tree, I really donâ t have confidence in hiring this company again

Hired to trim trees. Employees were friendly, answered any questions about the work, and shaped the trees properly. They came when scheduled, did not request any payment until the work was completed and I was satisifed with the work.

Good crew, good service, would recommend. Caution: Be very clear on timing of service and clear on what is covered and what is not covered. Crew showed up on different day than I was told, and did not remove everything I expected from the initial estimate. Neither were major problem, but just a disappointment.

Dugan provided reliable tree service. They gave us an estimate and stuck to the quoted price which is unlike some of the other companies that tried the old "bait and switch routine. They are pleasant and easy to work with. We chose this company over four other companies thay we were considering. We were very pleased with the end result. They aim to please!
