"A coil/spring on my garage door broke first thing in the morning with our much needed car in the garage. I called at 7:55am to book an appointment. I was told same day at noon-2pm was available so I booked it. About two hours later I received an email confirmation that my appointment was for tomorrow at 1-3pm. I called back, was told I was speaking to the office vice the appointment line, and that I was reconfirmed as good to go for today at noon-2pm. I then got a call from another agent saying she was the only one at the office and that nobody was available and that there is nothing they can do. Extremely unprofessional management. Be careful that an appointment is not a guarantee with lion garage door services."
