 + -1 moreI scheduled this cleaning the day before, so it was great to get it done so quickly. They removed most of the stains in our carpets, which was great, because we had tried many cleaners on a lot of the stains, and they wouldn't remove the stains. Very professional, and it was priced well. I would recommend them, and use them again myself, if it is ever needed.

Josh explained to me about the spots but, somehow Josh was very successful in removing the spots. He was very professional. This is a great and pleasant company to use for carpet services.

Description of Work: I helped my sister find this company based on reviews we read on Angie's list. This is what she said: "They did carpet cleaning. All went well. Price was excellent. The person answered all my questions with excellent knowledge level. The only thing was that the carpets took longer to dry than originally expected. But, they did a large area and the results were cleaner than I thought it could be--the bedroom and living rooms areas were very dirty from three dogs that live indoors--it was cleaner than I thought it would get." She said she would definitely use this service again, & was very pleased with the results.

 + -1 more10/2 EDIT: The owners of the company did call me back yesterday. They were very nice and offered to schedule a cleaning. My prior landlord has already scheduled the cleaning, so we wont be using them. But I did appreciate the callback and followup. I have amended my review from a C to a B. 9/28 I had a last-minute carpet cleaning job that needed to be done. Unfortunately for me, it was a Saturday and there are not many local providers who work on weekends. So I was pleased to find Anytyme Carpet Cleaners on Angie's List. Their posted hours for Saturday are 9am to 1pm. I called at 10:30am just on the off chance they were available to take the job. I would've been understanding if they couldn't, after all it was last minute and that is my problem, not theirs. Nobody answered when I called, so I left a message. I repeated my cell number twice on the message. I was never called back. Not even to say and quot;we're bookedand quot;, just no returned phone call at all. So, I chose to give this company a and quot;Cand quot; because they do not live up to their advertised hours or the premise of and quot;Anytime.and quot; If a business has listed hours of operation, one would expect the business to indeed operate during those times.
Description of Work: Did not live up to their name (Anytyme Carpet Cleaning) or their posted hours. EDIT: Read full review for update.

Description of Work: I was in the market for someone to clean the carpet in a small room. Most of the companies I contacted told me they had a 100.00 minimum. I checked Angie's List and decided to give Anytyme Carpet Cleaners a call. Right away I was impressed with the willingness to come out and clean just one room and in a timely manner. Josh, the technician, was so polite and carefully explained the process to follow once the carpet was cleaned. He was very knowledgable and professional. Not only was he a super nice guy, he did an OUTSTANDING job! My carpet looked like NEW! On his way out, he stopped and cleaned the small rug I have on the porch! Love this company and I will definitely be calling them again.

Description of Work: I was looking for a professional carpet cleaner that was bonded, insured and had the best rating on Angie's List. This company had an A listing and, after speaking with the woman on the phone on a Thursday, I made an appointment for the following Tuesday. She quoted me a very fair price for cleaning 3 bedrooms and one 8' x 10' area rug. The team showed up as expected, were very friendly and professional. My carpets look like new! We were just about to replace them but now that won't be necessary. I highly recommend then.

We tried and tried to get the ammonia odor out of the carpet but could not so we decided to hire a professional carpet cleaner. He came over to assess the situation first and let me know what he could do to get the odor out of the carpet. Then, he came back a few days later to clean the carpet and when he was done the carpet looked better than it did the day I moved in. I would definitely hire him again!
Description of Work: Cleaned living room and dining room carpet including removing a rust stain in the carpet that was there when we moved in.

 + 0 moreWe decided to go with this company after their high ratings on Angie's List. Technician spent about an hour on both sofa and love seat. We are very pleased with the service they provided. Price seemed a little high, but it was worth it being that we don't have to replace out couches any time soon.
Description of Work: We had a cloth sofa and love seat cleaned. They both had years of dirt and grime on them, all of which was cleaned off by the service technician. Both sofas look almost like new again.

Description of Work: I went with this company based on a prior review from this site and couldn't be more thrilled! Making the appt was easy and I was able to get pricing on the phone with just a little description of what I needed ( master bedroom, hallway, living room, stairs and an oversized bonus room) They also give military discounts! My original appt was set for a Tuesday but once I thought about it, I really needed something later in the week. I called back and explained to the wife my dilemma and asked if there was anyway they could squeeze me in at a later day. Her husband who does the cleaning was going out of town on Thursday afternoon but was willing to come out that morning to do it. I really appreciated that and felt guilty about asking him to do that but they assured me it was not a problem. When he arrived he was friendly and went right to work. All that work and it took only an hour and 15 min!!!! i will definitely be calling them back for my furniture and two more rooms that I have!!

 + -1 moreThis company is wonderful! From the first phone call they were so friendly and helpful. It is run by a husband and wife team. They give free estimates! And let me tell you they are sooooo affordable! I literally called every carpet cleaner in the phone book and they have the best rates! They call the day before your appt to remind you and then the wife calls when her husband is on the way to your house. Excellent service! They even did my van for a great price! I LOVE THIS COMPANY!
