+ -1 moreHe is very efficient. He came right away and fixed it. I have used him several times in the past. He always comes right on time and does a really good job. I never had any problem with him. I don't feel like he has ever charged me too much for anything. He is excellent.
Description of Work: I had a leak and Payne's Plumbing fixed it for me.
