Up to the the installation everything seemed good. Workers arrived to install the forms. Perhaps the concrete truck was too early, or the workers were too slow for the amount of work to be done. But, the edges started cracking, crumbling, and falling into the pool shortly after the work was completed. Robin said she would return to make it like new. She has never returned my calsl since than, and refused to accept certified mail sent to various addresses. I've now reported them to the Better Business Bureau to see if they have any luck in getting them to contact me. My next action will be to find a contractor willing to do the repair or replacement, and file a claim with the courts.

He did a wonderful job. He really was very good for a small company. He had a good time. He was a nice guy. He had good people working for him. He was on time. He really deserves all "A's." If we have any more construction or any odd jobs, because he does a lot of that too, we would definitely hire him.
