I called PlumbServe for an estimate to repair a main water line leak, but I decided not to use them. There was a miscommunication about whether the water had been turned back on which caused me to take a half day off from work to turn the water back on at the meter. Before I got a chance to call the PlumbServe office and tell them off, the owner called me and asked me to explain the situation. I did, and I was not very polite about it. He calmly apologized for the miscommunication, and offered to repair the leaking water line for free He got one of his plumbers out to me right away and got the repair done quickly, efficiently, and correctly. Every company will make mistakes from time to time, and that can’t be avoided. As a customer, what you want is a company that will make things right when they make a mistake, and PlumbServe absolutely does that, even when it costs them. I'd happily recommend PlumbServe to anyone.

Service and quality of work could not be better. Came out the same day and did a very high quality installation. The cost of the installation was a bit high. I guess you get what you pay for.

Technically, they installed a drinking fountain but the option above was the closest thing to it. I was very impressed by their responsiveness and customer service. They were informative and helpful for what I needed. The gentlemen that came out to do the install did an amazing job. They were thorough, professional and helpful to say the least. I am thankful for the work these folks have done and if I need anything in the future, I am sure to call them again.

We recently had Plumbserve, LLC perform some repairs to fix leaking pipes on a shower drain and toilet. They did a great job with the repairs, explaining what caused the leaks, and exactly how their repairs would prevent the problems from recurring. The leaks had caused some standing water in a remote area of our crawl space. Apparently the leaks had been occurring for some time. That part of the house had been renovated before we bought it, and the renovators had not followed code or good practices with their new plumbing. The lead tech showed me exactly why it had failed and explained in detail, to my satisfaction, what the problems were and how he fixed them. I understand that not everyone may be interested in that level of detail, but it gave me confidence in the quality of work that they performed. I definitely recommend them!

It was a small project done in a timely fashion.

Showed up on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time. I had already agreed to pay an extra $250 for the Saturday install, but they then added another $200 to reinstall the recirculation pump that I had on my old tank. When I was quoted, I had taken pictures of the expansion tank and talked through it, so I was not too happy about being charged extra for it as it should have been included in the quote. Besides that, the soldering job is a little sloppy but should hold. They also made quite a watery mess removing my old tank, which I had to clean. In the end, their pricing was reasonable even with the extra fees, and they were able to come out the next day and install the heater, which I needed due to having small children in the house.

They were on time, thorough, and did the assessment and job all in the same day and kept me apprised of each thing that was being done.

The original suspected problem was resolved by performing a whole house leak test, no leak detected, one toilet needed a flush and fill replacement.

Called because I thought that my shower drain was leaking in the floor. Johnathan checked and found the leak was coming from the toilet. He got the job done and cleaned up after himself. He was very courteous and professional.
