They are reliable, honest, and hardworking!! When the issue gets complicated in fixing they consult each other to make sure their solution works and to avoid any unwanted surprises during their repair. I am happy with the repair work they did for me.

The technician was not competent. Did not fix the leak. I will hire another plumber.

We woke up to a cold shower- not a great thing! After a couple of attempts ourselves to relight the pilot on the water heater we decided to call a plumber. I called our heating/AC guy and he referred PlumbServe. I spoke with PlumbServe receptionist & she assured me she would get someone to help us that same day. Within an hour I received a call from Sam. Sam and his teammate Seth showed up on time, were very professional and friendly. We were immediately put at ease. They went to work and identified the problem within just a few minutes!!! They performed some long overdue maintenance as well and got it back up working in no time! Great experience, reasonably priced and work guaranteed!!! We are so glad to have found this company!!!!!!!

Jonathan was very knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot a very awkward water heater installation. He was pleasant, tidy, and thorough.

I was in a crunch. I'm 73 expecting my first inhouse guest in over a year in a few days and my guest toilet broke. I located a plumbing company that promised next day service but then they canceled that offer the next day and couldn't come until the day after my guest. I immediately contacted PlumbServe and they fitted me into their busy schedule for the next day. The repairman was prompt, friendly and very informative and mostly patient with an old lady explaining everything to me. Besides the toilet he also fixed my bathtub knob that has been falling off for 2 years due to missing screw, looked over my plumbing under my kitchen sink and eased my mind. I would definitely encourage using this company to everyone.

Bottom line: do not believe their quote. I had an electric water heater installed and explained to the person who contacted me that it was up one flight of stairs of the condo with standard 8in ceilings, in a dedicated closet in the bathroom. I was quoted a price for the *basic install* and if it needed an expansion tank, there would be a specific upcharge. That made sense. No mention of any other costs. When handed the bill at the end of the job there was an additional $155.37 (yes, it was *calculated* to the penny) for being upstairs and $42 to drain and refill the tank. There was also about $97 worth of fittings, etc. When I asked the installer why the charges, he said that the basic install is if they walk up to a tank in a garage and do a one-for-one swap. That was not explained during the quote process. When I told him that all the details were given so the quote should have been more accurate, he made an excuse. Maybe the most annoying part of this is the drain and refill charge. Even in a basic exchange, they have to drain and refill the tank - otherwise, they could not move it due to its weight. So why is that not part of the *basic install* price? The workmanship was adequate - other than being 4 hours late for the appointment and not turning on the hot water valve which was now hidden from sight. Again - do not believe their quote.

PlumbServe performed as they promised and as you would like all businesses to. They answered the call on a Saturday afternoon and scheduled the repair for Monday morning. The guys called 30 minutes ahead of their arrival and then showed up on time. They completed the repair without any drama, they showed what they did and that everything worked again, and cleaned up before they left. Based on my experience I would confidently refer PlumbServe to family, friends and my real estate clients.
