I put a review on Keystone web site as I tried to put in on Angi's list and could not find where you could write a comment. Something Angi should look in to. Well dealing with James Lambert is like perfect, Perfect is too small of a word. If you have a tile project, he is the only person you should call. The person I first hired through Lowe's, tried to up charge me about 40% after the contract was signed, so I had to find another supplier for the back splash. Well, for me it turned out for the better as I found James and Keystone. James worked his a** off. The house was built in 1910, and the walls are not very straight, even a more challenge for James, but James came to the challenge and made it look just so great and PLUM, LEVEL, and SQUARE. James did an amazing job with a herringbone ceramic tile kitchen backsplash! He was detail oriented, communicative, and fairly priced! Will definitely hire again for future jobs!

James Lambert was the tile sub on my high-end master bathroom remodel. The scope of his meticulously detailed work included: tiling of the master shower, backsplash tile on two master bath vanities, install of heated tile flooring system, floor tile, and install of ledgestone tile on a feature wall behind the bathtub. The install of the ledgestone was intricate as it had to be installed around a built in with tight corners. I also selected glass tile for the field tile in the shower which was very difficult to work with. Glass tile is a specialty tile and not all tile subs are qualified to work with it nor have the right equipment; You would never know it was difficult to work with in my completed bathroom since it turned out beautifully. James is an artist with all things tile. James had excellent suggestions for unifying the various tile materials I selected together for a cohesive look. Tiling is also a messy process but I wouldn't know it since he thoroughly cleaned up every day! James is reliable, approachable and professional and I was comfortable with him working in my home when I wasn’t present. You will feel like James is a part of your family by the end of your project and I can’t recommend him enough.

His attention to detail, ability to problem solve and precise designs make him a standout contractor. It would be a mistake not to hire him for your next tiling project.

James did a fabulous job for us. first he tiled our kitchen, entryway and backsplash. Then couple years later, he tiled both of our bathrooms. His work is always outstanding. He had helpful suggestions for choosing grout colors and tile patterns. Always on time, professional. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
