+ 1 moreCommunication was done via email. Set a schedule and the team arrived as agreed. They were to spend 2 hours on the front yard - mowing, trimming and weeding as needed. When I got home, it looked amazing - so clean and professional. My husband told me they were there for 4 hours - I later checked my email to see they had seen I had 2 coupons so they increased the time to 4 hours. I wrote back disappointed as the second coupon was for the backyard and I had not authorized it. Overall, the yard looked great (considering the amount of time spent on it) but I would have preferred to spend the extra 2 hrs in the backyard.

+ -1 moreWe found Jofmar via Angie's List coupon. Four guys showed up and I told them what we wanted. We paid for and received 1 hour of labor. They did an okay job. I requested them to separate the yard debris taken to the curb into 2 piles - one for leaves, and one for other (limbs, branches, etc.). That didn't go so well, and I had to go back and separate the items (the town won't pick up if combined). I'm still picking trimmed/pruned branches out of the shrubs a couple weeks later. They did an adequate job, but nothing spectacular.

+ 3 moreMy only issue was with the office. I received an email stating someone would be at my house to do the work, but I was out of town. So I responded stating so and the work that was needed. I never received a response, but the following Saturday, the crew was there to do the work. Luckily I was at home. They did an excellent job!!!!!! So I really appreciated that in spite of the lack of communication from the office.
Description of Work: I had the following done: - rake leaves - trim tree branches that hang over the driveway - trim bushes surrounding the house (especially branches that touch windows) - cut down any mini trees that have started to grow in the bushes - spread additional brick nuggets in front of house where some currently exist - spread bark nuggets around the tree in front yard
