 + 0 moreThey are very careful with their hoses but managed to bump in the furniture a couple of times with the steel cleaner head otherwise they did a nice job.

 + 0 moreExcellent, as usual. On time and got right to work. Today, they cleaned my couch, two piece chair and ottoman, large area wool oriental rug in living room, hallway runner and 6 by 9 foot, pet stained area rug. No smell anymore!
Description of Work: I have used this family owned business for years and am happy to finally get to share this business with Angie's List. They are so thorough and polite that I have never had to call them back with a complaint. My carpets and area rugs are always clean, bright, and scotchguarded. They are also good at stretching wool rugs and dyeing. I have recommended them many times.

 + -1 moreGreat experience, everything you could ask for; on time, quick, good quality, fair price, great service and very responsive.
Description of Work: We have used JS twice, once when we moved in (2002) and once since (2006). They cleaned all of the carpet in our entire house (about 1500 square feet of carpet). When he finished, it looked like BRAND NEW! The price was unbelievable, the quality first rate - he arrived when he said he would, completed the job efficiently, and even came back about an hour after he left because we spilled paint on the newly cleaned carpet, and he didn't charge us a penny! Work was perfect!

 + -1 moreI WASN'T VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THE STAINS DIDN'T REALLY COME OUT OF THE CARPET OR RUGS. THE SMELL IS ALSO STILL THERE. I DIDN'T GET THE RESULTS I WAS LOOKING FOR.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY CLEANED THE RUGS AND CARPET IN MY HOME TO GET THE PET SMELL AND STAINS OUT OF THEM.
